Crunch twig snapping, startled the two girls. Savannah saw a familiar face "run." She said rushing Harper to move "what why" Harper said, running  "that is.."

While running no one stopped, no feet were still they were all running without a thought of where they were both going. They ran far finally finding a small spot to rest and be hidden. Harper asked "who was that" "Mia, that's Mia" "wait what that didn't even look similar to Mia" "well since this is the 1960s we would have to look different and her "different" is this you may have seen her in old news papers under Mia Dunn?" "DUNN THATS MY LAST NAME" Harper yelled "yes I know have U ever been told who ur grandma is on ur dads side?"

"No, I was told she died giving birth to dad" savannah sighed and knew it was gonna be a long chat. "Ur grandma on ur dads side didn't die giving birth she gave birth to him and left the hospital at night leaving him with someone to raise him. 37 years later she was seen in a year book class of 2025' that you left behind one day and—"

"What was that" Harper turned around, hoping to find what made that sound. She heard a scream, turned back around and saw savannah getting taken away, Harper rushes after her only to get hit in the head with something metal causing her to blackout.

She woke up. Not In a forest, not in a basement trapped, but in her own bed? How could she possibly wake up her own bed that makes no sense whatsoever. Harper jumped out of her bed with a million thoughts in her head. Is this her bed? Was everything that just happened not real, but a dream again? While walking around her room in circles she noticed a note on her dresser, it read

This is your original timeline the one you were born into but when one day you and griffin had a huge fight and your guys history was set in stone and your fight changed ur history. History is never set in stone unless you don't change it but before I end this message here are something you must know before leaving ur room
1. You and griffin were best friends till something happened to you guys at school
2. U do dance, your very good at it trust me your good
3. Your best friend is Lily she's great to you she helped you out with the griffin stuff
4. The only way to fix this is to befriend griffin again and make him fall in love with you all over again

Harper was so confused what did this mean. Was harpers timeline that she lived through the meeting griffin, the school project and the fight and the Shawn thing not real..? She couldn't believe it. She looked around at her room she felt used to it like she's lived in it her entire life. It felt like home, she looked at a picture of griffin and her it was broken, she touched it and brought it closer to her as if griffin was right there with her the whole time. Her mom opened the door and said to get ready for dance last minute, normally the dunns aren't late but coach trinity sent out a last minute email to all the moms.

Harper didn't know anything about dance or where everything was but somehow she knew where everything was like it was imprinted in her brain or if she's done it before.

At dance she walked inside not knowing anything about dance. When she walked in eyes were all on her, not in a bday way just empathy for what happened between her and griffin. Harper, not knowing anything or anyone of what to do she went straight to Lily. She knew who Lily was cause she used to have math with her. "Hey" Harper said with a little sad to her voice. "What's wrong, is it because of what happened with griffin?"
