Mullai avoided looking at Kathir for rest of the morning. Though he apologized, she wasn't sure if he would ever be nice to her. To top it, she didn't want to be close with him, knowing she has a crush on him.
That afternoon, she went to the cafeteria and saw Dee seated alone and swaying his hands at her.
"Mathavanga elam enga?". Mullai inquired
"Harsha has gone to check on that girl Bhanumathi. Aadhu and Mouni are on the way. Mary enga?"
"She will join in few", Mullai replied while Harsha and Bhanu walked in together.
Deeraj got up seeing them walk in "Il go get some food"
"Edavadhu sapidu, Konjam bettera irukum. Next time ku tips, drink lot of water before bed. Apo ivalavu mosama irukadhu", Harsha advised Bhanu as she sat down with them.
"Edhu next timea? Naan kasta patadhum podhum, naan thuyara patadum podhum. Nirthuthikalam, elathayum idhoda niruthikalam", Bhanu said massaging her head.
Rest of the gang joined as they spoke "How are you feeling Bhanu?", Aadhya asked concerned "I went straight to bed. Kalaiyil than thelinjean.", she added.
"Naanum vazhikadha mathirey evalavu neram than nadikaradhu", Bhanu faked tears earning a laugh from Aadhu.
"Adhuku olunga paathu kudikanum. Kandadhum kaanadhadum mathiri kudichutu, alaparai vera", Deeraj said in annoyed tone as he brought a tray with some food and drinks.
"Aaga.. kalangathala oru loosu payal kita vandhu sikitomey. Ivana ivan routelayey pesi anupichuda vendiyadhu than..", Bhanu muttered loud enough for Dee to hear.
"Edhu loosu payala? Mavaley...", Dee neared intimating her when Harsha, her savior interjected.
"Bhanu, let me get you a lemonade. That will help you"
"I already got it. Here", Deeraj placed it in front of Bhanu and walked over to bring the next tray.
Soon a girl sitting next to their table, was trying to gain attention of someone in their table. Harsha turned his chair little towards that girl and spoke to Mullai.
"Mullai, this evening I'm free, if you want to go grab a coffee" loud enough for her to hear and winked looking at the girl in the other table.
It was funny him trying to flirt to a girl sitting beside and Mullai laughed silently.
"I think she is looking at Dee", Mounika commented.
"Oru azhagana ponnu yennai patha porukadhey", Harsha frowned.
"Azgana ponna?", Aadhu raised her eyebrows. Harsha turned towards Bhanu "Don't worry baby. All girls look only average when compared to you", Harsha plastered his signature smirk on his lips.
"Oh right. He only worries about external beauty", Dee shrugged.
"Ivan background check panitu kalyanam pannalum panuvan", Harsha teased
"Whats wrong in that? Actually, criminal check, health check including mental check elam panradhu mandate akanum arranged marriages la. Maybe for love marriages too. I mean both sides ku", Dee commented while he continued to have his lunch
"Kalyanam panradhuku full background check pananuma?", Bhanu raised her eyebrows
"How else would you know he is a sane guy? He could be aggressive, or someone with anger issues or someone with terminal illness...the list goes on", Dee countered
