Aaru turns back .. it was rudra (the hospital creep who offered a job to her in his hospital)
Aaru : rudra .. hi .. tum yaha kya kar rahe ho?
Rudra : jaha aap waha mei
Aaru : excuse me?

Rudra : Arre mera matlab tha ki mei yaha se Guzar raha tha and I spotted u coming here with your bags and crying
Aaru : ahhh

Rudra : kyu tumhei ghar walo ne nikaal diya
Aaru : nothing like that ... mei khud ghar chodke aayi hu ...

Rudra : oh I see , tum mere ghar kyu nahi chalti , tum mere saath reh sakti ho

Aaru gets a call from Neil
Aaru : ye mujhe kyu call kar raha hai?
Aaru picks up the call

Neil : hey Aarohi
Aaru : yeah?

Neil : are u okay?
Aaru : how does it matter to you? And why have you called me? Ab kya kiya meine

Neil : woh actually hospital ki kuch formalities pending thi ... tabhi tum gusse mei nikal gayi thi I couldn't stop u... can you come right now?

Aaru cuts the call
Rudra : what happened?
Aaru : nothing I have to go to the hospital for some formalities

Rudra : formalities? Ohh yeah I heard what happened with you ... it was quite disappointing, aise kaise Birla hospital wale itni kaabil and beautiful Doc ko nikaal sakte hai
Aaru : I'll get going bye

Rudra : Arre mere hote hue aap akele kaise jaayengi
Aaru : what do u mean?

Aaru was in no mood to argue : okay fine

Rudra aaru sit in the car and reach Birla hospital

Rudra pulls the car door for aaru

Aaru : rudra Thankyou for the help , I think you can get going , I'll manage further

Rudra : Arre aise kaise you will manage , waise bhi mujhe bhi kuch doctors se baat karni hai andar , let's go
Aaru rudra both enter Birla hospital

All the staff members were staring at aaru for whatever happened with her , she felt embarrassed

Neil and Abhimanyu were discussing something when they saw aaru and rudra enter

Neil : bhai she's here , but iske saath woh ladka kaun hai

Harshvardhan enters the conversation : oh hey rudra , how are you?

Rudra : I'm good uncle , mei abhi Bas bolra tha ki dad has invited the whole Birla hospital for a party

Harshvardhan: oh yes yes I remember , all of us will come not to worry

Abhimanyu whispers to Neil : ye rudra pakka kuch gadbad karega ... I'm telling you he's a creep

Rudra : oh I'm getting a call , Aarohi let's leave

Harshvardhan: dr Aarohi I want to speak to u , can u pls stay for a while?

Rudra gets annoyed with Neil

Neil Goes with rudra to get Aarohi ka saaman , Abhimanyu gets back to work

Harshvardhan: dr Aarohi
Aaru : sir it's just Aarohi

Harshvardhan: no! You'll always be Dr Aarohi , the most ambitious, passionate and hardworking doctor. I just want to say , I know Aaj jo bhi hua it was very disappointing, but what I expect from you is to reflect back and realise what went wrong . Dr Aarohi , you're a doctor, yes galtiyan insaan se hoti hai but Aaj jo tumse hua tha it was because of ur over confidence right? Come on, don't lie about it

Aaru : yes sir , mei apna promotion sunke itni zyaada excited hogayi that I...

Harsh : exactly, and dekho birla hospital also lost a dedicated doctor for one whole year
Aaru : I'm extremely sorry Sir

Harsh : yes you should be.. but now , listen to me carefully, you have one whole year with you . Do not waste it. Utilise ur whole energy in upgrading your skills and knowledge okay? Ye badla Lena , Akshara ne ye kiya , Abhimanyu ne ye kiya , log kya sochenge , ye sab mat sochte baitho, all this is just crap , iska koi end nahi hai , ye bas chalte jaayega ... Neil enters hearing the convo from a distance

Harshvardhan: here you go, I've prepared a list of all the colleges you can target for and I've mentioned all the guidelines here

Aaru had a genuine smile on her face , Neil noticed it

Harshvardhan: ye itne saare bags ? Are u going somewhere
Aaru : it's okay Sir , leave it , it's a very long story , anyways Thankyou for this guideline sheet , ye bohot useful rahega

Aarohi felt a sense of satisfaction after Harsh's words , she felt the fatherly Love she always craved for
