Confused

Recap : it's Anisha Kairav's Tilak , Neil confronts Aarohi about his confusion related to their relationship status, Abhimanyu plans to stay in Goenka house , Neil comes up with a scholarship test idea to help Aarohi financially

Night time
Aarohi was trying to focus towards her studies but her hurt palm wasn't letting her
"I don't even know if I can call you my girlfriend or no"  she recalled Neil's words

"Ugghh ye sab Itna complicated kyu hai? Mei bohot pyaar karti hu Neil se but I can't!"

*phone beeps*

Neil ka call? Aaru's heart was skipping beats

Aaru chose to not answer the call.

Neil texted
"chipkali there's a good news for you!! Birla hospital is organising a scholarship test for all the MS aspirants .. toppers will get their tuition fees fully funded... you should definitely give this test!
Sending you the registration form below .. pls fill it ASAP"

A smile got planted on Aaru's face after reading the text
"Thankyou bhagwaanji, chalo kuch toh Acha hua"

Aaru replied back to Neil thanking him for informing her

Birla House
Neil was resting in his room . He laid down on the sofa resting his head on his palms diving into deep thoughts, recalling his conversations with Aarohi

"Aarohi ne kuch bola kyu nahi jab meine use bataya ki mujhe nahi pata if I can call her my girlfriend or not" "woh hamare iss rishte se khush hai na?" "Par ye rishta kya kehlata hai?"

Akshara was passing by when she noticed Neil's facial expressions
"Devarji knock knock.. mei andar aau?"

Neil : bhabhi aapko permission lene ki zarurat nahi hai.. pls come

Akshara : Neil tum theek ho? Bohot lost lag rahe the

Neil : kuch nahi bhabhi..

Akshara : Acha batao ye jewellery kaisi hai?

Neil : bohot sundar hai bhabhi.. kiski hai?

Akshara : ye hai toh originally Sirat Mumma ki , but unhone ye mere , aaru and kairav bhaiya ki future wife ke liye rakha tha... Aaru ka uske paas hai and mere paas mera aur kairav bhaiya ki future wife , matlab Anisha ka hai.. Wahi soch Rahi thi Anisha ko kaunsi pasand aayegi

Neil recalled aaru trying to sell of the jewellery since she believed that she anyways got the worst and unused jewelleries

Neil : ye sab toh bohot sundar hai , almost like Sirat maa ki best jewellery pieces yahi hai

Akshu: no ... ye bohot achi hai but best toh unki wedding jewellery thi ... woh meine Aaru ke liye sambhal ke rakhi hai ... but Neil ye baat secret hai okay?

Neil was surprised: ohhh

Akshu : Haa .. I'm sure uss madam ko lagta hoga ki mujhe hee sabse unused jewellery mili etc etc .. but meine intentionally usse nahi bataya ki maa ki wedding jewellery uske liye hai ... infact maa khud chahti thi ki woh hee saari wedding jewellery khud apne aap aaru ko de .... But

Neil : but?

Akshu : maa ki death ka aaru ko bohot gehra Sadma lag chuka hai... kuch saalo tak uska focus bohot bigad chuka tha... maa ki choti si bhi cheez ghar mei dekh kar bohot affect hoti thi ... Isliye Meine socha ye jewellery ke un pieces jinko maa ne rarely pehna hai woh aaru ko di... maa ki yaad usko aati hai but atleast woh apna focus lose nahi kar Rahi thi... sounds dumb but idea ne actually kaam kiya

Neil thought , "yaha bhabhi Aarohi ke baarei mei soch kar ye sab kar Rahi thi and waha Aarohi ne kitna misunderstand kar liya sab kuch... I hope she doesn't decide to sell off the jewellery"

Akshu : ab ye aaru ko seedha uski Shaadi ke time dungi 😄

Neil : Shaadi? (Tensed a little)

Akshu : Haa .. abhi nahi par kabhi na kabhi toh karegi hee na ... pata nahi kaun hoga woh unlucky ladka (jokes) 🤣

Neil : Goenka family uske liye koi ladka dhund Rahi hai kya?

Akshu : Haa mimi peeche padi hui hai ki uski bhi Shaadi jald se jald ho jaaye par aaru ko koi interest nahi hai ... usse sirf apni padhai aur career se pyaar hai aur shayad...

Neil : shayad? (He was fidgeting with his fingers)

Akshu : Neil tum please kisi ko mat batana

Neil : okay

Akshu : mujhe pata nahi aisi feeling aa Rahi hai ki Aaru kisi se pyaar karti hai ... uski aankho mei aajkal ek alag hee shine hoti hai, uske face pe ek alag hee glow hota hai

Neil : ohhhh... aapko woh ladka pata hai?

Akshu : meine ye Thodi kaha ki woh kisi ko date kar Rahi hai... mei keh Rahi hu usse kisi se pyaar hogaya hai... I'm 100% sure uska koi boyfriend nahi hai

Neil : aapko kaise pata?

Akshu : uski sabse badi problem ye hai ki woh express nahi kar paati.... And agar woh kisi ko date kar Rahi hoti toh Mujhe zaroor batati bhale hee ham talking terms pe naa hote... waise bhi usse koi surgeon ya doctor hee chahiye

Neil : ohhh okay

Akshu : Acha chalo mei jaati hu.. bye Neil

Neil thought , " Aarohi mujhe apna boyfriend nahi samajhti? Bhabhi ko Thoda sa bhi idea nahi hai ham Dono ke baare mei? Waise toh meine bhi kaha dad ke alawa ghar mei kisi ko bataya .. shayad uska bhabhi ke saath on and off jhagda chalta hai Isliye bhabhi ko mere baare mei nahi bataya... Devyani ko toh bataya hee na usne... theek hai phir? Ab saari confusion mere proposal ke baad hee door hogi... so ja neil"

Neil dozed off

Two days later

Aarohi went to Birla hospital and completed  the scholarship test

She came out of the exam room and saw Abhimanyu

Abhimanyu : how was the test?im sure it would have been a piece of cake for you 😄... and tumhara haath theek hai? Don't worry meine ghar mei kisi ko nahi bataya

Aarohi ignored him and went ahead only to meet Harshvardhan

Harsh : kaise tha tumhara test Aarohi? I have very high expectations from you

Aarohi : it went well sir, and even I hope I ace this one😅.. thankyou so much for this opportunity

Harsh : don't thank me, thank Neil.. ye uska idea tha ek scholarship test organise karne ka... aajkal kuch zyaada hee hardworking hogaya hai... pata nahi kiski sangat ka asar hai (intentionally pokes fun at aaru)

Aarohi stood silent

Harsh : anyways ... I hope you're coming for Birla hospital's anniversary? Uss din hee scholarship test ke results bhi declare honge .. can't wait to see you top the list... I'll take your leave now, bohot kaam baaki hai agle week ke liye

(Placed his hand on Aaru's head as a blessing and left)

Abhimanyu saw the whole scene from a distance

Aaru's eyes looked for Neil
She moved forward and looked at Neil who was extremely busy in his work. She smiled and left for her hostel
