Recap : Neil was successful in his meeting with the investors while aaru gets back to her hostel

One week later
Aaru has made progress in her studies while Mr. Neil Birla turned into Mr Busy Birla ... he started taking interest in all the hospital work ever since he had a successful meeting

It's 9:00am in the morning

Hostel
Devyani and Anisha were having their breakfast in the cafeteria wondering where aaru was

Devyani: Aarohi jab jab late uthti hai toh mujhe tension aa jaati hai 😂
Anisha : and soch woh phir hampe gussa nikaalti hai kyuki woh late uthi thi 😒🤣

Birla hospital
Neil went to Abhimanyu's cabin for some work
Neil : bhai ye documents pe aapke signatures chahiye
Abhimanyu: sure
Abhimanyu: waise Neil , ek hafte se dekh raha hu , tu bohot mann laga ke Kaam kar raha hai .. good!
Neil : thanks bhai 😀
Abhimanyu: aur Sir... Mujhe kab milegi teri treat?
Neil : kaunsi ?
Abhimanyu: uss din apni successful meeting ke baad tu Mr Harshvardhan ke saath party karne Gaya ... apne bhai ko toh bhul hee Gaya

Neil recalled not thanking Aaru for boosting his confidence for the meeting... he had forgotten to send her sweets as well
"Oh shittt Aaj hospital mein zyaada Kaam nahi hai , turant bhai se ye signatures leke Aarohi se milne jaata hu"

Neil takes the documents from Abhimanyu and quickly leaves to meet Aarohi

Kairav : aap sab shaant ho jaao... pehle hamein barsi ke liye mandir bhi toh jaana hai
Swarna : kairav pls... ham woh sab dekh lenge tu aaru ke paas jaa , Vansh , tu ek Kaam kar , manjari ji se baat kar ki Aaj ke din akshu ke paas hee rahe

Birla house
Akshu was in her room looking at Sirat's photo : sab mere wajah se hua mumma ... naahi mei uss din mandir aati , naahi aap mujhe bachane ke liye mujhe aur aaru se door chalei jaate aur naahi aaru mujhse door ho paati ... I am really sorry mumma .... I failed as a daughter and as a sister ... aapne toh mujhe Itna pyaar diya aur meine kya kiya ... mei toh aapki murderer ban gayi mumma

Manjari hears everything from outside and couldn't help but get emotional

Neil reached the hostel and met Anisha first
Anisha : Ohho Aaj itne din baad aaya hai mera bhai mujhse milne , that too with a box of mithai?? Kya baat hai.. anything special
Neil : Haa di.. actually Aarohi ko thanks Bolna tha ... meine ek hafte pehle apni first successful meeting kari clients ke saath ... and usse pehle Aarohi ne mera confidence boost karne mei help kari thi.. soo yeahhh
Anisha : Acha matlab behan se nahi , chipkali se milne aaya hai ... waise mujhe bhi milna hai usse ... Aaj subah breakfast pe bhi nahi aayi ... probably late uthi hogi
Neil : ohhh

Anisha gets a call so Neil goes to meet her alone
Aarohi's room was locked
Neil tried knocking thrice but there was no response

*notification pops*
Manjari's text on Birla fam WhatsApp group : Akshara ko panic attack aagaya hai .. mei usko leke hospital aa Rahi hu
Neil was shocked to read the message and he was about to leave when he heard Aarohi scream from her room

Aarohi started throwing things around...
Neil heard a glass break: Aarohi!!! Open the door!
Aarohi was unable to hear Neil
Neil tried banging the door ... he called up Anisha for help

Anisha : listen I have uske room ke keys ...
Anisha gets her room's keys and Neil opens the door only for both of them to get horrified

Aaru's eyes had darkened by crying as much as she could .. the room was a complete mess .. there were broken pieces of a glass

Neil : Aarohi what the hell
Anisha : Neil mei Kairav ko call kar Rahi hu

Aarohi pushed Neil and screamed : get lostttttt ... get the fuck out of here .... Leave me .... Leave me the way my mom did

Aarohi fell down on her knees
Neil went closer to her

"27th October, 11:11 am ... Ambe maa mandir .... She left my hand forever.... Aarohi , mei akshu ko leke aati hu"
But she never came back

Neil was horrified to see Aarohi Break down like this.. he started connecting the dots and understood that Akshara got a panic attack for the same reason.

Other people from the hostel also came in to check what was happening
Anisha and Devyani were busy moving them away

Aarohi held Neil's collar : what have I done huhhhh.... Why can't people ever Love me .... My own mother loved her step daughter more than me
Hamesha woh Akshara ko apni special beti bolti thi ... marte marte bhi woh Akshara ke lap pe hee the ... meine kya kiya aisa Haa .... Kyu log mujhse pyaar nahi karte

Aarohi couldn't stop crying
Neil hugged her softly
She tried pushing him many a times but then eventually slept out of weakness in his arms
Neil gently caressed her hair , she held him tightly and slept peacefully for 10 mins
Neil didn't move a bit although the position was super uncomfortable

10 mins later aaru opened her eyes faintly only to find herself super comfortably wrapped in Neil's arms
Neil : tum theek ho?
Aaru didn't respond
Neil : kuch khaana hai?
Aaru faintly nodded

With one hand , Neil reached out to the mithai dabba that he had bought for aaru while the other hand was holding aaru
He made her eat the mithai
Aaru seemed to have liked it and softly said: aur chahiye
Neil smiled : ofcourse, ye pura dibba tumhare liye hee toh laaya tha 😊
Aaru hugged him and fell asleep again

Neil : ye baar baar so kyu Rahi hai
Neil felt Aaru's body turning super warm
Kairav entered and was less horrified seeing the room's condition.. he expected that to happen .. tears dropped from his eyes seeing aaru in a weak state

He went on his knees and touched Aaru's head
Neil : I have no clue what just happened... Thodi Der pehle pata chala that bhabhi ko panic attack aaya hai .. and yaha Aarohi was constantly screaming and crying ... she was saying something like "maa left me, maa never loved me"

Kairav : I'm sorry Neil tumhe ye sab dekhna pada.. actually Aaj Sirat maa ki death ko 15 years ho chuke hai... unki death ek accident thi ... woh akshu aaru ke saamne stairs se giri and unke saamne she passed away... 15 saal ho chuke hai but meri Dono behne abhi tak traumatised hai ... Aaj ka din Dono ke liye bohot mushkil hota hai

Neil : I know kairav ... and u don't have to be sorry... but I think we need to take her to the hospital... she seems to have a very high fever ... and baar baar she's falling asleep..
Kairav : woh raat bhar ro Rahi hogi... and kuch khaaya nahi hoga

Neil : but jab tumhe pata tha har saal uske saath aise hota hai toh tum pehle hee kyu nahi aagaye hostel usse milne.. ya phir Anisha didi ko bata dete

Kairav : uska kuch faayeda nahi hota ... aaru iss haalat mei kisi ko apne paas nahi aane deti, ulta aur aggressive ho jaati hai ... woh jab thodi si shaant ho jaati hai Tab ham uske paas jaate hai ....
Kairav : it's not really easy to handle her

Neil kept listening
Kairav : I'm surprised woh tumhare paas itni shaanti se kaise soyi hai
Neil : Lets take her to the hospital
Kairav was about to carry aaru in his arms but aaru had held Neil very tightly
Neil : umm ... it's ok Kairav I'll take her ... tum gaadi nikaalo
