I have been working with Blanca for a few weeks now. I was called to work with her team just after she got selected to represent Spain in this year's Eurovision song contest.

Tonight it's the second day of the pre party in Madrid.

I came here two nights ago and yesterday I didn't have time for anything more than my work. So today I wanted to do a little tourism before starting again with my obligations.

I grab my bag and a few things and I exit my hotel room. I want to go to a nearby cafetería to have something for breakfast, but first I decided to go to the rooftop of the hotel to take a pic, send it to my family, show them the views of Madrid and tell them that I'm ok.

When I reach the rooftop I see an empty pool with a few chairs. I thought that no one was here, and would it be normal because it's April and it's still cold.

There's sun but you have to be very brave to take a swim with this temperature.

And... for some reason I can see a shirtless man at the edge of the rooftop, giving me his back and watching the views.

I don't want to bother him but when I walk in his direction, because there's no other direction to go, he seems to listen to my steps and looks at me.

-Hola - I say immediately in Spanish.

-Hola - He responds calmly with a soft smile.

-Perdona, no quería molestarte. (Sorry, I didn't want to bother you)

-S-sorry I don't... - he doesn't finish the sentence and I perceive that he is looking for the words. I immediately realize that he doest speak spanish and maybe neither english.

-English maybe? -I approach him a little more but I stop at a prudent distance.

-A little - He chuckles and his smile grows bigger, showing me his teeth. He turns his body in my direction.

At this moment I pay more attention to how he looks.

His hair is divided like in two parts, shaved at the bottom and longer at the top, at this moment it is wet and brushed back, two piercings one in each side of the nose.

He has a tattoo on his chest that I know I saw in another place but I don't recognize at this moment, and very light skin with a touch of blush on his chest and shoulders because of the sun.

His eyes... Blue and crystalline, framed with a trace of poorly cleaned black makeup, surely from last night, it gives him a dark and melancholic aura.

He only wears black jeans and a pair of black boots. His shirt it's nowhere to be found.

-You should be careful with the sun, it can burn your skin. - I say pointing timidly to his chest.

-B-but we are in April. -he says with a little of an accent.

-The sun in this country can be dangerous at any season of the year.

-Even in winter? - he says curiously but still with that smile on his face.

-Maybe... - I say joking and I chukle.

He starts laughing too.

-Here - I say giving him a little bottle from my bag. - Protection 50+, it's sunscreen.

He looks at my hand not knowing what to do.

-Trust me, the first thing that I learned when I came here for the first time it's that you have to be carefull with the sun, and you have to be extra careful with your skin tone.

-Ah! Ok, thank you! - he keeps smiling while reaching for the bottle.

-Where are you from? - I ask while he is using the sunscreen.
