Felix P.O.V.:

For the first time in my life I wished I was wrong. But the looks alone spoke for themselves and I also believed the words of Scarlett and Chris. So a DNA test was unnecessary.
At the same time I was super angry why they couldn't just leave us alone. They didn't care about us for the last few years and now they want back into our lives.

I sighed. Maybe it was better for us, but at the same time I was also unsure. Cecilia and I could start over and we would gain a little distance from Dad, that is if I could still call him that, surely that wouldn't be a bad thing for her.

Maybe she'd even open up a bit more, if not to me, then to Scarlett or Chris. That would be good for her.

"Um, that's honestly a bit much all at once right now. Would it be alright if Lia and I talked alone for a bit?", I started to speak and looked at the people in the room one by one. Then I stood up and held out my hand to Cecilia.

"Of course, take your time", Scarlett said, rising from the couch as well.
"You can talk here if that suits you. We'll get you some more food and leave you to it here. We have to get back to the stall anyway", she explained and the others stood up too. Chris and Elizabeth gave my sister and me a quick wave and then left the room followed by Scarlett and Colin.

"How are you?", I asked Cecilia, who had kept her gaze fixed only on the floor for the last few minutes, while she transferred the now empty glass from her right hand to her left, only to switch again.

"I'm fine. I'm just a little overwhelmed", she replied and then sighed. She lifted her head and looked at me. "What about you?", she asked, straightening up a little more.

"I'm quite alright", I answered her question and glanced around the room for a moment.
I was about to bring up the subject we were here for when there was a knock at the door. It opened and Chris poked his head into the room before entering. He was followed by Scarlett.

"Hey, we got you guys some snacks. Just let us know when you're ready", Chris said, setting the food down on the glass table in front of us. Then they strode back towards the door and gave us a quick smile.
"We're sorry, please don't forget", Scarlett added and Chris held her shoulder briefly in support. I nodded briefly and they both gave my sister one last look before leaving the room.

I got my sister and I some chocolate biscuits and then sat down next to her.
"What should we do?", I asked her, biting into a biscuit.

"I don't know", she replied, taking a biscuit from my hand to bite into. Quietly we ate the biscuits and hung our thoughts.

What would our lives be like with Scarlett and Colin or Chris?
Would our father, well adoptive father, approve?
Why didn't he tell us? Didn't Scarlett and Chris want us to?
Would they really have tried to get us back?
Well, they didn't have to approach us, but they did anyway. That gave them sympathy points again.

"I'm afraid they will leave us again", Cecilia whispered. It was very soft, but loud enough for me to understand her. My gaze lingered on her eyes. She had tears in her eyes and only now did I notice deep circles under her eyes. I slid closer to her and put my arm around her. She winced slightly but tried to cover it up with a cough.

"I'm scared too, but maybe we'll be better off with them than with Dad", I said, giving her a light encouraging peck on the shoulder.

"Can we just go?", she asked quietly, looking at me with mixed emotions.

"Do you want me to text Basti? I'll tell them to pick us up and then we'll give Chris and Scarlett our number. Just to be safe. Maybe we should talk to Dad first", I suggested. I saw her thinking hard. I knew she didn't want to bring up Dad, and I wouldn't do that leaving her alone. Too many times I'd left her hanging.

"Let's do it this way, please", she agreed, then stood up. Not a second later she twisted her stomach painfully and dropped back onto the soft cushions. An 'ouch' left her mouth.

"Are you okay?", I asked in alarm, getting up to kneel in front of her. She nodded and held her hand to her stomach and then I understood. "Lactose?", I asked and she nodded in agony.

Cecilia was lactose intolerant and missed dairy products because of it. Probably some milk was needed for the biscuits, I guessed. I had a pollen allergy and for being twins, it was very strange that we didn't share any allergies. My pollen allergy, however, manifested itself more in red eyes and a runny nose. When she was lactose intolerant, she got stomach cramps and actually took her lactase tablets, but she didn't have them with her. Why should she? None of us expected her to eat lactose products. Actually, she's always very careful.

"Ok, wait here for a moment", she said to herself and nodded with a pained face. I quickly rose and walked out of the room down the many corridors. It was very easy to get lost here and actually my sense of direction was very poor, but today I was lucky.
I quickly arrived at the Marvel Cast stand and looked around for Chris or Scarlett.

"Hey, is everything alright? Have you talked to each other yet? And where is Cecilia anyway?", startled, I turned around when I noticed a presence behind me and heard a voice.
Scarlett looked at me questioningly, she had addressed me.

"I'm glad I found you!", I exclaimed and then continued speaking. "Were there things in the biscuits that contain lactose?", I asked.

"I'm not sure", she shook her head.

"Cecilia developed lactose intolerance three quarters of a year ago and she's in pain. She's waiting in the room we have talked", I explained. Scarletts facial expression changed.
