TW: Gunshot wound, blood, and a dark or uncomfortable scene.

The wind gently flowed through the lands and nature of Flower Fruit Mountain, all at peace until a barrage of golden flashes appeared at one of the taller peaks, creating smaller explosions and a miniature shockwave to follow. Cracks splintered through several of the rocks as Monkey King blocked one of Victoria's attacks, the green blade of the Jade-Winged Spear gleaming in the light as the juvenile jumped back, landing on a rock platform opposite to the Monkey Demon. Her breathing was collected, her eyes focused. Her body was crouched, breaking a sweat as her muscles strained more so than before due to Monkey King pushing her through a new training routine. Each training session this week was dedicated to each weapon Victoria had, with MK combining his training session with hers when they lined up.

Monkey King smirked at Victoria from where he was but even he was breaking a small sweat, although he didn't show his exhaustion. Victoria was good. He had to admit that, and her control and focus was growing exponentially compared to MK's. Considering the kid was here, Victoria was holding back more than she usually would, considering her actual private training sessions with Monkey King were far more aggressive and brutal. Her tail coiled around her, its fan extended and the bristle spines sharp. Her wings were slightly extended as well, and she could feel her wing muscles burning from the restraint she was feeling.

Both were at a standstill, watching each other for any sudden movement that would send both into combat once more. Monkey King watched carefully until he made the first move, going on the offensive. He shot himself towards Victoria, ready to strike her, until she smirked up at him, and another attacked him from the side. MK swung his staff towards Monkey King who managed to see the attack coming and summoned a clone to meet MK, while he jumped back to put some distance.

I let out a soft laugh at MK, "Go get em' Kid!" MK smiled at me before narrowing his eyes back into focusing on their mentor and the clone. He managed to defeat the clone by slamming the staff into their chest and making it poof, before he extended it and slammed it into a rock pillar, shooting himself towards Monkey King. Monkey King decided not to wait around and shot himself towards MK, meeting him in the middle.

I watched as both fought before landing on two separate rock pillars, similar to the one I was on. MK was panting heavily as he wiped some sweat from his forehead, his headband ribbons flapping in the wind, his pose slightly crouched and ready to fight. I immediately recognized the scene, my eyes closing slightly as things began to feel familiar. Monkey King was balancing on one leg, his arms behind his back as the wind blew his cape and head ribbons, making them flap. His eyes and brows narrowed as a confident smirk played on his face, standing up fully. He made a "hmph" sound before making a "come at me" hand gesture.
