I wake up back in the comfy bed by the wall of windows and feel the presence of someone. They're standing behind me. Before I can stop myself, my arm launches over my shoulder and I feel my knuckles hit someone.

"Oh, Bruce! I'm so sorry, I didn't mean to do that, it's just my reflexes." I say, cringing at him.

"It's okay. I get punched a lot. Not normally like this but, you know."

"What were you doing in here anyway?" I ask

"Oh! I came in to wake you and I got distracted by the view. You probably got the nicest room in the building."

I look over to my right and admire the view of the clouds over the creek.

"Perks of getting kidnapped under Tony's supervision, I guess," I say, trying to laugh it off.

"Haha, right. Speaking of... Tony wanted to see you in the basement."

"Oh, what for?" I ask, swinging my legs off the side of the bed.

"He said something about training."

"Okay. Thank you, Bruce." I say, standing up from the bed, "Sorry again for punching you!" I yell out as he leaves the room.

I walk over to the closet and start to think about what he just said to me. I don't know if I should feel nervous or excited about training. I open the door to find an abundance of Stark-brand clothing. And to my right is a stack of my old clothes, on a shelf by itself. I grab a pair of shorts and a t-shirt and I head to the bathroom.

If he has me training, this soon, then that must mean that everyone agreed to get the team back together. It feels oddly quick to be adjusting to this new life. He said telepathy with Wanda, running with Pietro, and fighting with Buck and Steve.

I guess that this means I'm an Avenger.

I hear a knock at the door, and I step out of the bathroom, trying to wiggle on the running shoes that were left for me.

"Hey, Annie," Bucky says, peaking his face into the room.

"Hey, Buck. How's your morning going?"

"It feels strange to break the schedule."

"Yeah, I agree. I'm not used to getting out of bed on my own. I'm not used to doing anything on my own. Hopefully, we'll get used to it." I say, tying the shoes.

"Where are you headed?" He asks, pointing to the shoes.

"Training."

"I'll walk with you. The small guy with the glasses told me something about that."

"That's Bruce. And you should probably know that by now. And I think he's a little scared of you, considering everything." I say, playfully smacking him on the arm.

We walk down to the gym together, trying to ignore how unusual it all feels. I adjust the shorts about twenty times, trying to make myself comfortable in clothes that I haven't worn for years.

I step down the several stairs it takes to get down to the basement and I notice the boxing ring immediately. Around the ring are several different machines for workouts. Punching bags, treadmills, pull-up bars, and so on and so forth.

"Finally! I wasn't sure if you two would even show up." Tony says

"What exactly are we training for?" I ask, ignoring his condescending comment.

"Whatever we're needed for." Steve and Tony say, in unison.  They glance at each other and Tony just moves on.

"Anna, I want you running with Pietro first. And Barnes, you can do some sets with Steve." Tony orders.

"Yes, let's let the love birds get reacquainted." I joke, and I turn around to see Pietro coming down the stairs.

Pietro gestures to the roof and grins at me.

"I'll race you," He says.

I nod at him quickly and we both take off, heading to the roof.

"I think she'll adjust fine, Tony," Steve says, with a small laugh, "Now let's see how you adjust," He says, looking at Bucky and throwing his arm at Bucky, trying to punch him. And Bucky's arm shoots up defending him. Indirectly letting Steve and Tony know that he'll be just fine.
