"Kuya Em! Sorry po I'm late I overslept" I apologized to my manager because I know he's the one na laging napapagalitan

"Just go inside magpalit ka na they're waiting for you" He just said to me and I went to the changing area. I saw that the other models are still changing that's why pumunta ako sa hair and make-up stylist first. 

After my hair and make-up was done they have given me two pair of clothes to change into meaning I need to be at the runway twice. I wore the first one, it was a brown checkered midi skirt and a cream blouse top with a white bag handbag surrounded by pearls. I looked at the mirror and as always I'm very pretty and shining too. I was kinda nervous while waiting for my cue because it's different now when you know that there might be someone from the crowd who really knows you. That alone was nerve wrecking 

"Next" it was my cue already and I walk the walk that I always do on runways, with confidence and  just dominating the stage. I tried  looking around but maintaining my model look and just be very professional

(North asan ka?? You know the courage I gathered just to send you that message alone. Don't disappoint me. ) 

I went backstage not seeing North and it made lose interest on everything that I was doing. I changed again to the second outfit and had to be on stage again. I was professional enough to not show anything that can affect in my work. I scanned with my eyes again hoping he would appear. I couldn't hide my joy that I found myself smiling in front of everyone

He was there but he was holding his phone again, thankfully binaba niya rin. 

(He's looking at you! He's looking at you Aerin! I knew you wouldn't disappoint me North! Guess this beauty is not going out of trend at all. Shocks nagiging gayuma na talaga tong beauty ko)

When our eyes met ,my smile went wider but to him

(Serious face?! He's just blank. Blank. He's face is blank. Why?! Even though he's in front of a beauty like me, he's face is just blank. )

(Chill Aerin. Chill. Maybe he doesn't want to show how amazed he was because he's always been like that since day one. For now, let's just appreciate his presence first, I'll deal with that later)

After the show was done nagpaalam na ako sa manager ko so that I can catch North before he goes somewhere. I hurriedly went looking for him avoiding all my fans which some of them are old looking men, yes, you read that right maybe because they see me as like a daughter figure i don't know.

I saw a familiar back which I was sure kay North iyon but he was talking to a girl and the girl was smiling so widely. It was Cecille, I was watching them talking but not enough to hear them. I was feeling so anxious about it all the time. Thinking about what they're talking about , how are they that close to each other when I barely even see them interact at school together,or  how come that they're taking too long. After a while Cecille just left and with that I approached North. 

"North!" I said and he turned around

(Let's not mention anything about what you just saw Aerin, he'll just think that you're being jealous and no way that I'll ever be jealous with another girl. I'm Aerin Cortez the most perfect and pretty girl you'll ever find, there's no room for jealousy for me )

"Oh Hi," he said and nothing came out from his mouth after that

(WHat?! Yun lang?! Wala ba siyang sasabihin on what I just did at the show!)

"Samahan mo ako at a cafe, my treat" I said smiling not holding back my one sided happiness
