Ren is in one corner and Edge is in the other as the ref was checking the both of them until he yells...
Ref: RING THE BELL!
The bell rings as Edge and Ren circle around the ring, looking to see who makes the first move as Ren is beaming, looking forward to fighting a Hall of Fame legend.
As soon as the two, got close, they touched fingertips, until they move away, challenging each other to try again.
The two touch each other's hands again, until Ren tries to get Edge onto a knee, extend the right arm.
Edge manages to get up and pulls Ren into a headlock takedown before Hosako counters with a head scissors.
He slaps his thigh two times and then five seconds later, Ren slaps his thigh a third time, getting Edge to counter and get out of the hold by performing another headlock.
To make things interesting, they both get up on each other's feet, walk each other to the ropes as the ref starts counting them. Ren releases the hold, pats Edge on the chest with respect, and tells him to bring it as the Rated R Superstar complies by punching Hosako into a corner before chopping Ren and Irish Whipping him to the ropes.
Ren countered with a whip to the corner, gives Edge a clothesline, whips him to the ropes, performs and arm drag while transitioning that into an armbar.
Edge is aware of the hold he's in, but as he tries to get out of it, the crowd chants to Ren...
Crowd(chanting): YOU STILL GOT IT! *CLAP CLAP CLAP CLAP CLAP* YOU STILL GOT IT! *CLAP CLAP CLAP CLAP CLAP* YOU STILL GOT IT! *CLAP CLAP CLAP CLAP CLAP*
Ren replies with...
Ren: 紛失したことはありません! (I NEVER LOST IT!)
The crowd cheers as Ren sits back up and looks for a Dis-Arm-Her style hold, flipping Edge on his chest, but Edge puts his feet on the bottom rope, making Hosako release the hold at 4, but only releasing one hand with a smile.
After that, he switches the other hand, then again, then again, then again, and then again until the ref had to pull Ren off, which is a mistake on his part.
Ren gets into the ref's face and starts to scare him.
Ren: 私を止められると思う？私はここに来たのは初めてだ、クソ野郎、私の邪魔をしたくないなら気をつけてください。 (You think you can try to stop me? I'm new here, motherfucker, and I suggest you watch out if you don't wanna get in my way.)
Since the ref was looking a bit underdressed, Ren does the guy a favor by fixing up the shirt, licks his hand, straighten the ref's hair, and pats his shoulder before turning back to Edge who was on his back, kicking at Ren.
Ren tries to hold onto one of Edge's legs, but Edge reverses and tries to stomp onto Ren, but Hosako moves out of the way and the two stand across from each other.
The fans applaud and cheer as the match was about to get interesting.
The two come close to each other again as Ren looks for a takedown by slamming Edge onto the mat and go for a guard.
