"I want my dad here."

Currently May, Happy, Ned, Mj, and I were all at the police station.

This man was intergating all of us and we all agreed to not speak until we had a lawyer.

I was the third one up.
Great.

"Remember Gwen. Dont speak without a lawyer!"  May said as I nodded.

I had different plans though, I was gonna play around with him and waste his time like hes wasting mine!

I sat down at the chair and so did he.

"So how long have you known Spider-Man."

"Oh Peter? Oh my god Ive known him since were born! Gosh time flies by you know. I was a baby sat next to him and next thing you know im all grown up with him! God isnt that just so weird!"

"Stop dodging the question"

"Oh wait? Whats the question again, sorry I forgot."

"How long have you known Spider-Man"

"Oh do you mean how long I knew Peter before I found out he was spiderman or how long I knew spiderman after I knew it was peter or you know? Like what do you mean?" I said smiling innocently.

"I know what youre doing and its not going to work. Just tell us god damn information you little brat!" He said slightly shouting.

"Im not talking without a god damn lawyer."
"I want my dad here."
"Now."

"Jesus you know what. Just go." He said.

Well that was fast.

A few weeks passed and Peter was held off but the council still had an opinion but on the other hand hes free!

But Happy, well...lets just say hes in deep...

Mj, Peter, Ned, and I finally got our letters and we all huddled into MJs work place.

"Well this is it." MJ said as we all look at eachother scared.

"Okay."

We all opened it at the same time.

I didnt even bother reading the paragraph, what I did read was, "You are waitlisted"

I look up and they all look dissapointed.

"I got rejected." MJ said along with Ned and Peter.

"Um well, I got waitlisted." I said gulping.

"This isnt fair." "I didnt do anything wrong. We didnt do anything wrong!" Peter said.

"Hey its okay we always have our backup." Ned said.

"This is dumb. They obviously rejected and waitlisted us because you guys are associated with me! This is unfair for you guys."
"Im so sorry."

"Expect dissapointment and you wont get dissapointed" (Sorry if I quoted it wrong, I havent watched in 2 months😭) Said MJ.

"Hey Pete its okay. Its not your fault. We chose this. We will always stick by your side no matter what."

"Yeah. Were together on this." Ned said happily as MJ joined in.

"MJ. How many times do I have to tell you! Get back to work!" MJs boss said as I rolled my eyes.

"Why is your boss always so grumpy gosh." I said feeling bad for MJ.

"Not sure but I really should get back to work. Ill see you guys tommorow okay?" She said hugging all of us and giving Peter a kiss.

"Ill stay here for a little with you MJ. I need to wait for my lola anyways" Ned said as he waves goodbye to me and Peter.

As me and Peter were walking we made small talk.

"I just feel bad for you guys. I really am sorry about all of this Gwen."

"Pete its not your fault for the third time okay? We chose to help you, you didnt force us remember?" I said smiling at him

"And plus thats what friends are for. We're here to help no matter what the situation is."

"Why help me though?" He said in a sad tone
"All I do is put you guys at risk of danger."

"Pete. Look at me right now." I said putting both hands on his shoulder.

I look at his eyes and they start to tear up. "Oh Pete come here."

I hugged him and pulled away, "We help you because we care about you Peter."

"I just feel bad."

"Hey I get it. I completely understand. God if only we could go back in time and erase mysterio from ever knowing you were spider-man, that would be real helpful." I said laughing a little.

As we were walking we saw cute little dr strange lights.

"Those are cute lights." I said softly smiling.

"Hey Gwen, I'll be back okay? Im gonna make a visit. See you tommorow. Walk home safe."

"You be safe too pete." I said with a worried look.

"I will. And thank you Gwen."

"Anytime Pete" I said smiling back at him

He better be not getting himself into trouble.

THIRD POV-

As Peter had said goodbye to Gwen, little did she know what she told him gave him a "good" idea or so he thought it was a good idea.

Little did he know this was a beginning to a very bad start.
