It's a tough laggy period in our prep period, sort of like a Wednesday, the hump weeks.
How are you doing, guys? Do you keep your chin up and not let the new rules get you down? Are you loving your book?

If you feel sluggish and it's hard to care, I suggest spending a day remembering what you love about your book and rekindling your passion for it.

An extra question for Are you posting at least one chapter per week for ongoing work? I finished my run-through Champion in Love and my wonderful mentee's Act 1. I'm blown away by how good Kryssa's story is, how well she blends the emotional layer with lore and pacing of the adventure.

I have a few days to wrap up the logline, blurb and summary for Champion in Love. It's a weird case for me, because Champion in Love grew in leaps, bounds and (so far) 6 drafts from an ONC novella (22K words to 80K words, ouch) since February 1st 2022.

What was bugging me the most about its logline and blurb was that it was previously focused on the love interest. Today, I refocused it on my protagonist, Maximus. I am now trying to find feedback on it in various discords. Fingers crossed!

The summary situation is bad. I usually start my summaries with mushing together my blurb and my outline, then take out all the details. But, since it was an ONC expansion, I don't have a single outline.

So, I decided to use this and start my summary from scratch this time, particularly because I just finished an editing run-through, so the main plot points are still in my head. How have you been? Don't feel alone!
