ISABELLA HAS JUST been here an hour, yet her influence on the other islanders is palpable. The girls have been eyeing her like eagles and her second date hasn't yet begun. They appear to be very territorial of their men.
She struggled to choose only three boys for the dates since she wanted to get to know them all. She chose them based on how close they are to her type, but her opinion may vary slightly once they open their mouths and begin speaking.
Chat is really important to her. It won't work if you can't hold a conversation. Mitch had checked a lot of boxes so far, but she wasn't going to make any snap decisions until speaking with all of the lads in here.
Zach eventually approached her with two dishes of pasta. Isabella liked spaghetti, so it was an ideal choice. She could eat that all day long. Before taking his seat across from her, he set the dish in front of her and refilled her glass.
She tried the pasta and gave him a thumbs up right away. "It's really good." Zach thanked her before taking a bite. "How old are you?" "I just turned twenty two, you?" Isabella replied between bites of her pasta.
"I'm twenty five, so not much of a difference."
Isabella gave a nod. She found Zach to be very attractive, therefore she found it difficult to concentrate on what he was saying. She drifted off for a minute, appreciating his face. "How long have you been single?" He inquired.
"Too long, it's been well over a year. My last breakup was difficult, so I took a break from guys, but I'm ready to get back to dating." Isabella mentioned this, she was quite honest about her past.
"You're definitely in the right place, then." Isabella laughed; he was correct - Love Island was the ideal spot to find a relationship. "Tell me about your situation in here? Are you closed off?"
"I'm in a couple with Catherine but there's no connection but I am getting to know Molly." Zach explained. Molly's name came up on both dates; she must be well-liked among the boys around here. "You're a beautiful girl and I'm open to getting to know you, it's still early days in here."
"Slow down, tiger." Isabella joked, but she appreciated the praise. "Thank you, you're alright looking yourself," While Isabella finished her plate of pasta and ate part of Zach's, the two continued to converse.
As they chatted, she became unaware of the audience on the balcony, and time flew by; before she realized it, he was emptying the plates and heading away.

SAMMY DIDN'T TAKE long to arrive with dessert. He had prepared chocolate-dipped strawberries. It was simplistic but delicious. He'd presented it on a single larger plate. "I give you ten out of ten for presentation," she joked.
"It almost looks too good to eat." Sammy sat down across from her. Sammy was the closest match to her type and what she would have wanted on the outside of the villa.
"Why did you choose me for a date?" he said, his elbows resting on the table. Isabella paused for a time, twisting a strawberry in chocolate, not wanting to exaggerate him.
"I mean, you're a good looking lad. I thought I would see if you have a good personality to match it." Sammy's smile widened even further. "I've been told that I have a great personality."
"I'll be the judge of that."
Sammy and Isabella clicked right away. The young guy had a pleasant personality, but she was not about to admit it to him. He was quite amusing and easy to talk to. It wasn't at all like a first date.
A fourth or fifth date, perhaps, but hardly a first date.
"Can I feed you a strawberry?" he inquired, scooping up the scarlet fruit and drizzling it with chocolate sauce. It was direct and caught the Manchester girl off guard: "If, if you want to."
She moved her hair out of her face; the last thing she needed was chocolate in her hair. "Are you stuttering?" Sammy inquired, a crooked grin on his face. "No. Maybe you have intense eye contact. It makes me nervous."
"You don't have to be nervous when you're around me." His voice was devoid of snark or fun. Isabella knew he was being serious. Sammy gave Isabella the strawberry when she rolled her eyes humorously.
With the exception of Isabella getting chocolate on the side of her lip, the interaction between the two was oddly romantic. "You got a little bit of chocolate there." Sammy tried to show her by rubbing his thumb on his lip, to mimic where it was on her.
"Did I get it?" the girl asked as she tried to rub it off with her thumb. "No," he said, laughing and shaking his head. Sammy leaned over the table and placed his palm to her face gently.
He wiped the chocolate away slowly with his thumb before relaxing back in his seat, "It's gone now." Isabella, who rarely blushes, whispered a thank you as she flushed totally scarlet.
