EVERYONE WAS NERVOUS as they waited to find out why they had been summoned to the fire pit. Texts like these were normally sent at night, not during the day. If Isabella was certain of anything, it was that it would not be good news.
"Islanders, it's time to recouple. The boys will now pick which girls they would like to couple up with."
Isabella leaned her head back when she heard the text be read out. Because the boys would be picking, the girls had to line up in front of the fire pit, which was an awful experience.
Zach stood up first and gave a heartfelt speech and finally chose Molly, it was evident the pair were pleased to be back together after a long week apart.
Medhi spoke next, and despite the fact that he and Whitney had a difficult few of days, his words demonstrated that he wanted to move on. He chose Whitney, and she was overjoyed as well.
Tyrique stood up after the pair had sat down to begin his speech. Isabella turned her attention away from him as he delivered the speech. They had been getting along well lately days, but his connection with Ella was noticeably stronger.
"I would like to couple up with this girl because over the past few days I've found myself been drawn to her and wanting to spend more time with her. Even though this is still new, I want to explore the connection more. And now, I hopefully won't have to ask her to sleep on the daybeds anymore."
