Mitsuya
"Pleasure to meet you, Toman's second division captain." She reaches out her hand, keeping that sweet, innocent smile on as if she didn't just beat the crap out of these three. "Seira."
Is that her first or last name?
"Mitsuya Takashi," I shake my hand while I keep my guard up, expecting a strong squeeze which never happened. "Are ya hurt?"
"Nope," She glances at the guys. "I don't think they had the chance to."
I was riding back home from school when I heard a commotion coming from a children's playground. I saw Takemitchy, panic written all over his face and this girl with these dudes too close to her.
Before I even hit the break she starts beating them up with such power, it made me shiver, because that first hit looked almost as powerful as Mikey's. What creeped me out was that odd expression on her face. Almost like...A maniac; like she's enjoying it.
If she stretched her lips just a bit more, that smile could probably reach her ears. I stopped her when I noticed she was going overboard by pulling her arm but she was so powerful she pulled me instead. She couldn't hear me so I took those headphones off her head and it was as if I pushed a button or something. She stopped abruptly.
"Anyway," I remember I still have her headphones so I give them back. "Here. Now, let's get outta here before ya get into trouble."
We quickly left the park, walking at least a block away from there.
I don't think this girl has a sense of danger since from the moment I prevented her from killing them, she has been acting like it's no big deal at all. Which for us, who are in a gang, it's normal but not for a normal high school girl.
She wouldn't stop asking stuff about me either, clearly flirting with me. It puts me into a difficult position 'cause I don't particularly want to be seeing anyone right now, let alone flirt. I don't see a reason for me to, and besides, I don't think we're gonna get along.
I'm gonna sound mean but she is a little annoying, yet weird in an interesting way. I don't know how to explain it.
"Oh, Seira," Takemitchy says like he just remembered something. "What time does your train leave?"
"Fuck! I forgot about it!" She took out her phone, probably to check the time. "Great, I missed it."
She groans, circling her fingers on her temples. I pull out my second helmet from my Impulse and give it to her. "I'll give ya a ride, hop on."
I'm not a moron, of course I'll help her. Not gonna let a girl go back home alone and since she needed a train, she must be living far away from here.
"Uh...That's- That's okay!" Stuttering? She was quite confident a while ago. "I live in Kanagawa, anyway, it's too far. I'll just take a cab but thanks for your-"
"It wasn't a question," I take the helmet and wear it on her head. "It's gettin' dark, I ain't lettin' ya take a cab alone at this hour."
"Are you sure?"
I start the engine, waiting for her to get on. "Yes."
"But-"
"I ain't droppin' it. I won't go fast if that's what's troubling you."
"No, I just..." For someone who was flirting with me the first minute we met, she's quite hesitant when I'm offering to help her. "I don't want to trouble you."
"It's fine. Get on."
"Okay..." She adjusts the helmet and gets on, wrapping her arms around my waist too casually for someone she just met. "Thank you."
