"Because I'm in love with Obi-Wan! Anakin, now can you see??" Sobs escape Emerae's lips as shock crosses both Anakin and Obi-Wan's faces.

Anakin's gaze narrows as he processes Emerae's words, his features contorted with a mix of surprise and frustration. The idea of Emerae having a romantic attachment to Obi-Wan adds another layer of complexity to the situation.

"Obi-Wan? You have feelings for him?" Disbelief fills Anakin's voice.

Emerae, her voice filled with a mix of vulnerability and determination, meets Anakin's gaze, refusing to back down.

"Yes, Anakin. Despite never acting on it, it's something I can't just ignore. But it doesn't change the fact that I care for you and want to see you return to the light."

Anakin's face contorts with a mixture of anger and hurt, his voice laden with a touch of desperation.

"How can you say that, Emerae? How can you claim to care about me while harboring feelings for another?"

"Anakin, love is a complex and intricate emotion. It can exist in different forms, for different people. My love for Obi-Wan doesn't diminish the way I care about you, but it also doesn't excuse the path you've chosen. You're my brother Anakin but I cannot abandon my principles or the people I care about, including you, in favor of a different path."

Anakin's eyes flash with a mix of frustration and longing, his voice strained.

"You don't understand, Emerae. With our power, we can shape the galaxy, free from the limitations of the Jedi Code and the Senate's control. We can save Padme and raise the child in a world of our own making.

Emerae's expression softens, her voice gentle but resolute.

"Anakin, I believe in love, but not at the cost of sacrificing who we are or the values we hold. Our power should be used to protect and bring harmony, not to dominate and control. I will continue to fight for the light, for Padme, and for you, but it must be within the boundaries of what is right and just."

Anakin's face hardens, a flicker of disappointment and resentment crossing his features.

"So be it, Emerae. If you cannot see the freedom and power that awaits us, then I will pursue it alone. But remember, the Jedi and their Code have failed me, just as they will fail you. Don't let loyalty blind you to the truth."

"Anakin, I-" Emerae tries to continue reasoning.

"You turned Padme against me." Anakin turns to face Obi-Wan.

Emerae's heart aches as she witnesses the darkness consuming Anakin. She knows that a pivotal decision lies before her, one that will shape their fates.

"You have done that yourself." Obi-Wan interjects.

"You will not take them from me." Anakin throws off his cloak.

Emerae steps forward, her heart heavy with conflicting emotions. She looks at Anakin, the man she once admired and respected, now consumed by darkness. She knows that she cannot stand by and let him continue down this path.

"Anakin, I've seen the person you once were, the hero you were meant to be. But this path you've chosen, it's not the way. The Jedi Code teaches us to seek harmony, to protect and serve. This is not what we were trained for."

Anakin's eyes narrow, "You, too? You would stand against me? I thought you understood, Emerae. I thought you understood the struggle. You let Obi-Wan cloud your vision!"

Emerae takes a deep breath, her voice filled with determination and sadness. "I do understand, Anakin. I understand the pain and the fear that have driven you to this point. But turning to the dark side is not the answer. There is still good in you, Anakin. I can sense it."

Anakin's grip tightens on his lightsaber, his conflicted emotions warring within him. "It's too late, Emerae. There is no going back. The Jedi betrayed me, and now I will bring order and peace to the galaxy."

Emerae's eyes fill with tears, her voice pleading. "Anakin, please listen to reason. Think about Padme. Think about the lives you're destroying. The power you wield, it's dangerous. It's not too late to turn away from this path of destruction."

Anakin's face contorts with anger and frustration, "You don't understand! None of you do. But you will Emerae."
