He slowly drops his hand from my face and backs away from me slowly, his eyes changes from soft to the hard, cold Damian I know all to well.

The room falls silent but just for a split second as his gaze hardens. He gives me a response I really don't want to hear right now.

"Celine, I'm not going to fire you and I am not signing your resignation!" He turns and storms off without saying another word slamming the door shut behind him.

I stand fuming. Alright Damian now you play my game!

*********

Later that evening I'm just about to leave the building but decide to stop at Damian's office. It's Monday night and It's tricky because I take his dry-cleaning only on Tuesdays, I need to take them tonight though, as I need access to his house without raising unwanted suspicions.

I know he won't be there because on Monday nights he goes to the gym for stricken tennis with his rich buddies, so If I want to take action tonight will be the first of many to come.

"Good evening Mr. Blakely." I casually walk into his office and take his suits from a hanger on his bathroom door. I walk over to his table and reach for his spare house keys laying next to his cell phone and laptop.

But then he had to go and remember. "Miss Porter what are you doing?" He chuckles.

"Your dry-cleaning, I'm taking it."

"But it's Monday?" He cocks a brow.

"I know and uhmm.... I need to take them tonight."

"Really , why tonight? Don't you always take them on Tuesdays?"

Frustration climbs high as I get irritated. "Yeah, but I really want to take them tonight."

"Why, for three years now you have taken my dry-cleaning on Tuesdays?"

"Listen, I want to take it tonight so I'm taking it." I huff out.

He sits back in his chair staring at me with that dumb gorgeous grin on his face, gazing my body up and down instantly making me regret my outfit choice.

"I... I'm going out tomorrow night so I need to take them tonight." Not really, but I hope that will get him off my damn back.

"Going out, with who?"

"None of your damn business." Holding his suits firmly against my chest, I grab his extra house keys from his desk.

Narrowing my eyes I don't say anything as his gaze follows my every movement.

Heading for the door I storm off down the hallway.

Outside in the parking lot, I couldn't get out there fast enough, I fish out my phone in my handbag. And then as I slot my keys in the car door, my cell phone rings.

Ring... Ring.. Ring...

Answering to Ronald's voice on the other side. "Celine, are you on your way?"

"Getting in my car as we speak. Are you there?"

He chuckles. "Yes, operation 'road hog' in full swing."

"Great I'll see you soon."
