(Rose is wearing Converse)

They all sat in silence in the lobby, Rose had her head on Sam's shoulder, fidgeting with her fingers and scratching herself.  Danny ran in.

"Hey Hey" He walked up to the group, Ethan stared from a distance

"I got here as fast as I could!" The man tried to catch his breath, Sam looked up at him.

"Did you?" Tara looked at him, Rose grabbed Sam's hand.

"Guys Im scared, I don't want to get hurt again" Mindy spoke up, her voice shaking. Rose wanted to give her a big hug.

"Neither do I" Chad added, the sadness in his voice, the twins shared a look. 

"I don't want you getting hurt either," Mindy said with a sigh, Chad put his head on Mindy's shoulder. 

"I know, I know" Mindy replied.

"I don't want to get betrayed again" Rose finally spoke up, a tear streaming down her cheek. She quickly wiped it away and took a deep breath. 

"Same" Tara whispered, putting her head on Mindy's shoulder. Both Tara and Rose were betrayed by Amber. 

There was a painful silence.

"So what do we do now?" Asked Chad, everybody looked at each other.

"Maybe he gets to win this time" Sam started, Rose shot up, shaking her head. 

"He wants to punish Me, Me." Sam stood up, The two girls still holding hands.

"So maybe I let him, I'll just give myself up" Sam continued, The group in front of her was shocked. Rose couldn't. She won't ever let Sam go.

"If that's what I have to do, to keep you safe. It's worth it" Sam finished, holding back tears. 

"No we're not doing that honey" Rose stood up in front of her. Holding her hand. It was the first time she called her that in public. Ethan stared in shockshock.

"You went back to Woodsboro to protect Tara, every day you make the decision to protect both Me and Tara, None of us would be even alive if it wasn't for you" Rose talked, she needed to convince Sam. 

Sam shook her head, unable to say anything to the shorter girl.

"Sam, I love you, I can't lose you. You have to let us protect you this time" Rose felt tears in her eyes again. 

"No" 

"Yes," Tara stood up, standing next to Rose.

"No" Sam stood her ground.

"We are a team remember?" Tara remarks.

"Were family" Mindy stood up next to Tara.

"No, Were the Core fucking five," Rose said smiling. 

"Let's go! Core five!" Chad yelled sticking, signaling for all of them to bring their hands together.

"Core what...?" Danny asked giving them a weird look.

"It's an us thing" Chad replied, Danny nodded. 

"He's going to keep coming after us" Sam spoke softly.

"Isn't there like a safe place we can hold up?" Ethan finally spoke up, The group looked at him.

"He's just going to keep finding us because the killer is always someone you know" Rose explains, and Ethans sighs 

"We could use that though" Tara spoke up, and the group looked at her.

"I'm getting my ass chewed up for not dropping the case, and now you want me to do what?" Asked Detective Bailey.

The group stood in a circle, all of them listening to Tara and Wayne talk over the phone.

"We want to lure him to a secure location and trap him in there" Tara explains again.

"And then do what?" Question Detective Bailey.

"We execute him" Rose spoke up. 

There was a pause from Wayne. Rose could feel like he was one of the killers.
Maybe he and Ethan?

"Are you going to help us" Asked Tara, they waited for a response.

"Let's kill that son of a bitch" Wayne whispered into the phone.

"Im stuck here, but Gale gave us the keycards to the theater. It's got heavy prevalence and security cameras. We can use that against him. I'll tell Kirby to meet you there. And I'll join you as som as I can" Detevice explained

"Got it" Tara said.

"And remember, travel in public. He has a lower chance of getting a shot at you before you get there" The man said and hung up the phone.

They all looked at each other.
