Terra's eyes slowly opened with the sound of a loud alarm, and the sun blazing through a window. She blocked out the light with her hand covering her eyes and slowly sat up. Today, today was the first day of her new life. She will be a hero and she will see Lucy again. She will also see Ruby, Archer, Willow, and even Kai. She will see them, and get them out of the church. She will bring everything they've done to light. She'll save them.
As Terra's head filled her ambition, she managed to bring herself out of her bed and touch the floor. She opened her dark green bag that was filled with cash and pulled out fifty dollars, and zipped the bag closed again. She then moved to her peach-colored bag and zipped it open, revealing clothes, a school uniform, and basic hygiene products. She brought out her new uniform and began to change into it. She then grabbed her hairbrush and started to brush through the knots. Once she was done, she tied her hair up into a half-ponytail and wandered into the bathroom to brush her teeth.
After a few more minutes, she grabbed her bags and stumbled out of the room she was in and into a long carpet hallway filled with doors and numbers on top of each one. She walked through the hallway and came into a big lobby with a desk that had a girl with brown hair and perfectly placed freckles sitting in the middle.
"Hello, um, I came to check out of room 102." Terra smiled awkwardly and the girl looked up with a smile.
"Do you have the key, Hun?" The girl spoke, unbothered by the teenager's awkwardness.
"Oh! Yeah, of course, I do." Terra blurted and felt her cheeks become red out of embarrassment as she handed the girl her room key along with the money she brought out of her bag earlier.
"Thank you for choosing Harleys Hotel, hope you enjoyed the stay!" The girl at the desk smiled as Terra walked away awkwardly, still embarrassed by the encounter.
After a while, Terra managed to find her school, and then managed to find her dorm all with spare time. But, instead of looking around, she was too anxious to make a bad impression. So, she walked around to find her new class. Class 1A.
She wandered around the overbearing school aimlessly, not being able to figure out where she was. Terra could only imagine what people were thinking about her, if they were even thinking about her. She was hoping nobody noticed her confusion, and if they did, she hoped she wasn't the only one.
"Hiya, kiddo! You lost?" A boy with yellow hair and an unbreakable smile face suddenly appeared through the wall.
"Holy fuck!" Terra jumped when she saw the face.
"Sorry! Didn't mean to scare you!" The man started laughing and phase through the wall. But as soon as the boy was fully visible, everyone in the hall looked away.
"Miro! Your clothes." A short girl with long light blue hair suddenly appeared with a huge smile being followed by a hunched-over boy with black hair who was holding a frown.
Miro quickly looked down and saw how all of his clothes has disappeared. "Oh, my bad! That happens sometimes." He smiled and disappeared through a wall again and came out of a door with clothes this time.
"Great first impression, right?" He laughed and held out his hand to Terra.
"Oh yeah, probably the best first impression ever." Terra awkwardly laughed along with a smile and shook his hand.
"Sorry about Miro, it's an issue with his quirk." The light blue hair girl spoke again.
"Nejiri, Miro, can we go to class now? I don't want to be here. Too many people. Their all staring at me!" The hunched-over boy with black hair grumbled.
