Episode 20: Who?

**UPDATE: I don't usually start my chapters like this, but I wanted to let you know I will update again on Tuesday. I am going out of town this weekend 🥺. So I'm sorry to do this again😭😭. But will update once I'm back home! Enjoy Ep 20 😊**

"Are you being serious right now Professor Lee?"

"Very serious. Principal Lim got in contact with him through some people."

"I get to meet Simon. Since I couldn't hear how things ended with them from you guys, maybe Simon could tell me."

"Maybe, but that's up to him. She invited him down to campus so he'll be in Principal Lim's office. She will call you when he arrives."

"Okay thank you Professor Lee." Kitty was too excited to stand still, she hugged him. Which caught him off guard but he accepted it; it felt like it was Eve, he felt her through Kitty.

The school was preparing for a festival next week so classes were cancelled. Students were in their own classrooms or outside, working on projects. Kitty's homeroom class decided on a cafe which was easy since Kitty volunteered to do some baking. It was at that moment when Kitty thanked Lara Jean for teaching her how to bake and to at least make them edible in the end. Of course, nothing will beat Lara Jean's baked goods.

"Hey Minho guess what!" Kitty ran to him and was jumping up and down like a little puppy. He thought she looked adorable doing that, but had to stop her, "Alright tell me, what happened?"

"Professor Lee said that I'm going to meet Simon today! Principal Lim invited him."

"Oh wow, that's awesome! I'm happy for you Kitty." He enveloped her in a hug which Kitty always somehow felt butterflies. Even though 3 weeks have passed since they became an official couple.

"Would you like to come with me? I feel like I might be too nervous or something to talk."

"Kitty. I think this is something you need to do on your own. But I will wait for you so that I'll be the first person you talk to."

Kitty smiled, she was really happy to be with Minho. She gave him a kiss on the cheek, "I'd like that a lot. Thanks baby."

"You're very welcome babe." He kissed the top of her head and spun her around. She waved bye and had to leave because she was needed in the kitchen.

"You guys are cute." Dae said as he approached Minho from behind.

"Thanks man. You here to help?"

"Yeah someone asked for extra hands, so here I am."

"Okay cool. Can you help me carry this?"

Minho was picking up one end of a table and Dae grabbed the other, "I just wanted to say, I'm glad you and Kitty are doing good."

"Thanks man, I appreciate that. I just wanted to say, I'm sorry. Of how things were between us."

"Don't worry about it. If anything I'm sorry too. I did sort of try to talk to her again in the beginning but I should've known better. Especially since she ended things with me anyways." Dae smiled. He wasn't upset anymore about how things were, he's moved on and he's just glad to be cool with his best friends again.

"Katherine Covey please report to the principal's office."

Ah! Simon must be here now!! Oh I'm so excited. Please let him be handsome.

Kitty practically ran to Principal Lim's office. She was in the elevator making herself presentable. Once the doors opened she sped walked to the door and knocked.

"Come in."

Alright Kitty. Just stay calm. You don't want to give off creepy vibes to Simon.

"Hi Kitty. I want you to meet Simon, your mom's ex."

Principal Lim I don't think you needed to add that in. We already know who he is. Anyways, let's look at him. Oh...OH. He is handsome! I'm sorry Dad but he gets a point for looks.

"Hi Simon, I'm Kitty. It's nice to meet you. I'm sure Principal Lim has already told you who I am."

"Hi Kitty, she has. It's nice to meet you as well. Come sit, I believe you have some questions for me?"

Before their conversation could continue, "I'll let you two use the room. I'll step out." Principal Lim left. The two sat on opposite chairs facing each other.

"Yes I do. Lots or maybe a few."

"Well go ahead, I'll do my best to answer them."

"First, what was my mom like in your eyes? I mean I get she'd be the most pretty, smart and all that, but just who was she before you actually knew her?"

"Wow you really hit me with a good question. Well I guess I should start from the beginning..."

THEY FINALLY ANNOUNCED A SEASON 2!!!!!!! AHHHHHHH!!!!!!! I already can't wait for it to release🤩 HOW ARE WE FEEELINGGG???!!?!??! because I know I'm beyond excited for this!! Oh man, now the question is how will season 2 play out since there are sooo many books out at the moment about XO, Kitty😯🤔

Anddd back to the story.

Ep 20 is done~~ hehe sorry to leave y'all on a cliffhanger 🤭 but I didn't want this chapter to be another lengthy one, I'll save that for the next one😉 but I hope y'all liked my choice in male actor for Simon! I wanted to pick someone that was in their 40s to somehow fit the story line. Unless the guy was supposed to be 50.. oh well, Lee Dong Wook can play it🤭 who else has seen him in Goblin??
