Backstory: You and Bill have been best friends for 4 years but you have always wanted to be more than that. There is no way he feels the same, right ? —————————— You and Bill were having a sleepover as you do most weekends wearing matching pyjamas, eating snacks and not worrying about anything. "we should totally watch a movie" bill says with a look of excitement in his eyes. He always looked so cute when he was excited but you could never tell him incase he didn't feel the same way. "Sure, i'll go get some snacks. You pick a movie" you reply as you get up off the sofa heading towards the kitchen to get some chocolate and popcorn.
You walked back into the living room trying not to drop the snacks as you sit down next to Bill, you look at the TV to see what he's chosen, "Twilight, seriously" you say with a judgemental tone. "Don't pretend you don't like it" He says as he grabs a hand full of popcorn.
You both cuddle into each others arms as you usually would but this time felt slightly different as over the years your feelings for Bill had slowly grown and it was no longer just a silly little crush, you could only hope he felt the same and you would eventually become more than friends. As the movie went on, you caught yourself focusing on Bill's perfect features illuminated in the faint light more than you actually watched the movie.
Bill eventually noticed you staring, "I know i'm gorgeous but you're meant to be watching the movie not staring at me" he says raising his eyebrows and looking down at you slightly. You catch yourself blushing but look away before he could notice "I'm not staring".
He softly holds your chin and moves your head so your looking at him, "You know..." he pauses slightly as his voice fills with nerves and he slightly looks down ", i've loved you ever since i first laid eyes on you-". You cut him off slightly by placing a soft peck on his lips "You're cute when you're nervous" you say giggling as you admire his beauty.
"I love you y/n" he whispered while pulling you closer to him. "I love you too Bill" you planted a soft kiss on his cheek as you go back to watching the movie and cuddling each other. You eventually fell asleep in each others arms before the movie could finish, it was only now that you realised just how much you really liked Bill. ———————————— I'm actually kinda proud of this one but it's kinda short so sorry 😎 Thank you for reading and i hope you enjoyed and sorry if there are any spelling/grammar errors .
