Your phone buzzed as you slowly picked it up hoping to see Bill's name on your screen. You answered the call and heard Bill's comforting voice on the other end. "Hey y/n" he said awkwardly, "Hi Bill" you replied trying to hide the excitement in your voice.
"Do you think maybe we could hang out tomorrow, like," he paused for a second ",just us two" he slightly murmured trying to hide his nerves. "Of course we can" you say kicking your feet and screaming internally but trying to sound calm on the outside. "Okay, great. I'll pick you up tomorrow then?" he questioned, "Yeah, okay" you replied trying to sound chill.
You and Bill keep chatting about anything and everything late into the night until you both agree to go to sleep ready for tomorrow. You lay in bed staring at the ceiling imagining what will happen tomorrow as you slowly drift to sleep.
Your alarm wakes you up as you get out of bed and get ready for your 'date' with Bill. You spend a good few hours making sure you look perfect. This is what you end up wearing:

As you finish getting ready you look at your phone to see a text from Bill; "I'm outside". You check yourself out in the mirror one last time as you walk out your front door and get into Bill's car. "Hi beautiful" he uttered while looking at you in awe. "Hi" you say shyly as you smile at him and get comfortable in the seat next to him.
Bill starts driving without saying a word, "Where are we going then?" You inquire as you raise an eyebrow slightly. "It's a surprise" he beamed, keeping his eyes on the road.
When you arrived at the destination, you looked at Bill as your eyes widened and you smiled widely. "A carnival" you exclaimed. He smiled widely back at you, "I knew you'd like it" he admitted as he laughed at your excitement. You both got out the car and walked to the entrance.
You grabbed his hand and dragged him to the first ride you wanted to go on, he smiled at you and followed you to the queue. You spent all day running from ride to ride dragging Bill behind you everywhere. When it finally started to get dark you decided to go on the Ferris wheel.
You sat on the seat of the Ferris Wheel as the excitement in your body quickly drained into tiredness. You rested your head on Bill's shoulder and looked up at him as you yawned. "Thank you for today, it was really fun" you said as you held his hand. "My pleasure" he teased as his smile turned to a smirk and he raised an eyebrow.
You silently looked into each others eyes as you admired the moment. "Y'know.." he hesitated " i really like you y/n" he tightened his grip on your hand as he looked at you nervously. "I like you too Bill" you confessed as your heart raced and you looked him in the eyes.
You were now at the highest point of the wheel and the view was beautiful but all you cared about in that moment was each other. You moved closer to him as your lips met and a warm feeling spread through your body. You melted into each other as you carried on the kiss. The moment felt perfect.
When the ride came to a stop and you were back on the ground you held Bill's hand and wandered round the carnival grabbing snacks and playing mini-games together.
