*Chapter Eleven*

Hunter's POV

I wish I could just stop being the golden guard... But I don't want to disappoint Belos he took me in and took care of me and I just want to step down from my position from golden guard? Mabye it's [Y/n]. 'I look over and see her laying next to me sleeping peacefully cuddleing up to me for warmth. since I had threw the blanket on the floor so she would want cuddles'

I smile while looking at her. She was so astonishing 'I kiss her forehead before getting up and grabbing my clothes since I had to head back to the castle I decied to let flapjack stay since he would be alot more safe here instead of my room in the castle with belos walking around

I fly into the castle threw my window I look around my room and it was trash my bed had scratches threw the mattress and all my papers and books were on the ground some of the pages of my books were ripped to shreds I decided to head to emperor belos's throne room to figure out what happened

I open the door and see belos noticed me entering I walk in to approach him and ask what happened to my room

"WHERE WERE YOU" I felt a slap across my face "YOU STUPID BOY ANSWER MY QUESTION" I feel my body starting to tense up from the yelling and knowing he was going to hit me again "I went out on a night p-portal sir" I said trying to keep calm "DONT LIE TO ME BOY" I felt a cut to my arm he had slashed my arm ripping part of clothing revealing the cut and all of the blood

"I d-did sir I took an extra shift for Steve since he had gotten sick everyone thought Steve was on his portal but I took it instead s-sir" i felt myself get lightheaded from the loss of blood leaking down my arm to my hand driving to the ground leaving a small puddle of blood I heard him sign before grabbing my face making me keep eye contact with him "if I ever find out you did this again with out imforming another gaurd you're punishment will be far worse."

I nodded my head and he let go "you're room shall be cleaned tommorw and everything that was broken will be replaced stay in you're room for the rest of the night don't let me here you were caught out of that room till morning." He started to walk away before stopping in his place

"What's that [y/n] person to you."

"N-nothing sir"

"Good no off you go and fix that cut"

[Y/n's] POV

I woke up to glapjack pecking at my head "OW OW OW FlApJaCk" I yelled as my voice cracked I sit up looking down at a worried flapjack "where's hunter ?" I decied to get up and look around for him but he was no where to be found all his stuff was gone besides flapjack mabye he had to leave? But why would he leave flapjack? I guess I should probably feed flapjack he looks hungry

I felt flapjack perch on my shoulder as  I walked towards the kitchen I pulled out some bird seeds I had bought for him incase he got hungry while hunter and him were over here I place some in a small bowl and watch him eat from out of it "do you know why he left buddy?" He chirped at me but I didn't understand what he was saying so It didn't help much

I've always thought about getting a palismen but normally the emperor would confiscate them from everyone who joined the coven but sure I'm not in the emperor's coven and in the healing one but he still confiscated all the healers palismen to so I didn't really have a need to get one

I grabbed my scroll and decided to scroll the hexagram cause I didn't have much to do and I saw a silly picture of edric that emira posted

Honestly I can kinda see it but I won't say that to edric he'll probably get embarrassed about it like most the times emira says him and his dad looks alike don't know why he takes offense to it probably cause his dad looks teird all the time but being married to their mom I couldn't blame them like who dyes their kids hair green so they'll look like their mom instead of their dad?

I notice flapjack was done so I let him back on my shoulder and set aside the bowl near the sink before looking down at my phone seeing I had gotten a text from Luz I decided to open it

"Wanna help me break into a place?"
