There was a young man sitting down alone, when a young girl approached him. She sat down beside him.
"Hey, are you okay?" she asked, her eyes flicking to the name tag on his chest. "Xavier, right?"
Xavier quickly wiped the tears from his face, trying to pull himself together. "Yeah... just waiting for my girlfriend. She got into an accident."
The girl glanced at the bouquet in his hands, a soft smile touching her lips. "You brought her flowers? She's lucky to have you."
Ring! Ring! Ring!
Xavier's phone buzzed, and he gently took the young girl's hand. "Babe, looks like our ride is here," he said softly, squeezing her fingers.
