"Y/N, I don't understand how you're winning," Guido set his shot glass back on the bar, "You're three ahead of me. I'm shocked that you can even get one ahead." "If you weren't bragging in the beginning, maybe you would've had a chance," you replied, downing another shot. "Fugo is out." "Well he was always bad at shots." Guido looked at you with a smile, "More for us!" He wrapped an arm around your shoulders before taking another shot, "I'll let you have this one, but next time, it will be different." "Oh? You'll let me have it?" You looked up at him, "I think we both know I would've won anyway." "No one knows that." "We both do." "Nuh uh." "Uh huh." "Nuh-" "I'm going to go back to the room. I don't feel so good." Guido quickly removed his arm from you, "Here we'll walk you back." You nodded in agreement, getting on Fugo's other side to help him. The walk wasn't far, but having to stop for Fugo to throw up lengthend it, but you truly didn't mind. It was bound to happen to one of you. Guido helped him into the room, letting Fugo lay down on his own, "Will he be fine alone?" Guido shrugged, "Bruno will hear him if he's not." "Guido-" "Come on, let's go barhopping."
"This one is kinda bad," you commented to Guido, looking over at him. "Yeah, but at least it's a little cheaper than some of the others." "That's true." "Little lady doesn't like the cheap bar?" You both turned in your chairs to see a seemingly drunk man talk to you, "I'll take you to a real expensive one, αστέρι μου ("my star" in Greek.)" "Um-" "She won't be going anywhere." Guido got up, getting in between your chair and the man, "Why don't we ask the lady what she wants, huh?" "That lady is my girlfriend, and she wants no part of you." You face flushed with heat, and your heart seemingly skipped three times over. "Not if I have something to say about it." The man swung at Guido but his intoxication led to his failure as he totally missed. Guido grabbed the back of his shirt, kneeling his stomach once before the stranger fell to the ground. "Guido!" You jumped out of your chair, he grabbed your hand quickly, "Let's go. New bar." He ran out with you in hand, neither of you looking back at the bartender yelled at you both.
"Shhh, they won't find us," Guido laughed as he sat in an alley with you, hiding from any possible pursuers. You smiled, noticing him moving to sit closer to you. "It's been a while since we've hung out, just us, I mean." "Yeah, I can't even think of the last time." "We should do something like this when we go back to Italy." "You want to lose again?" He smiled and leaned his head on yours, "If I'm losing to you, it's okay," He smirked a little, "You need the ego boost anyway." You laughed and jokingly punched him. "Owwww, that hurt Y/N," He pouted his lip and bat his eyelashes, "My feelings... Why would you do that.." He whined. "Guido, I'm gonna kick your ass." "You wish you could." He sighed with a smile, "What are you doing after we graduate?" "Wasn't ready for the question." "I know, that's why I asked." You thought for a moment; what would you do? Would you find love? Would you leave? Would you stay friends with everyone? Flee to Diavolo or Risotto to avoid hurting your friends? You didn't know, there were so many possibilities. "I... I think I'll start dating again and maybe get an apartment and a good job. I'm not sure, though. And you?" "Not sure yet, either. Maybe do drugs, maybe get a job, maybe nothing. I really don't know yet, kinda depends on you guys. If we stay friends and together it'll be easier but if we don't. God. I don't know what I'll do." You rested your hand on his, "We'll stay friends. It's too late for us to say we hate each other," you joked. He smiled a little and looked back at you. "Oh, sorry for saying you were my girlfriend, I know you've got something with Risotto. It just made it easier to get rid of that guy." "O-Oh! It's fine, Risotto and I really aren't a thing anyway. I appreciate you defending me, though." "Yeah, anytime." "Anytime?" He chuckled, "Yeah. You ever need me. I'll come running. Anything for you, Y/N."
"And here we are," you quietly followed Guido back into the hotel and up to your rooms. "I had a good time tonight," you told him before you entered your room, "I agree. I still think we should do it again in Italy." "We will." He nodded and left to his room as you opened your door. Trish was already asleep, so you tried to be as quiet as possible as you got ready for bed. You sat in your bed, and the silence made it easy to hear Bruno and Leone in the room next to you.
