A/N This is an original story I just thought of.
Scott, a young man from a big city, is homeless. He lives his life in the streets, alone for all his family members are dead. One day a man in a weather-worn leather jacket approaches Scott.
"I am a survey from Mist," say the man. Scott looks at him weirdly and says, "What do you need?" The man opens his fisted hands and shows two pills. One red and one blue. "The red pill will make you a millionaire young man, but the blue pill will allow you to visit a dead family member.
Scott was confused, and he looked at each carefully. He began to reach for the blue pill. "May i remind you the red pill makes you a millionaire?" the man says. The young man shook his head. "I understood that sir." he says nicely, "I just need to fix something."Scott grabbed the blue pill and swallowed it.
When he opened his eyes and he say the one person he never thought he would again. He reached down and picked some flowers and walked over to her. "For you," he said handing her the flowers. "I miss you dearly boy," she says softly. "I missed you too," he said with tears filling his eyes. He wraps his arms around her frail shoulders.
"I'm sorry for that day. I'm sorry I couldn't stop in time," he said as he sobbed. "I'm just sorry you have had to live without me telling you something," she says quietly. "What's that," he said solemnly. "I was never able to tell you Happy Fathers' Day," she said hoarsely with a tear running down her cheek. "I never got to say I have the best Daughter ever," he mumbled.
"I've got to go soon, okay sweetie?" he says quietly. "I know Daddy, I'll miss you," she says childishly. "Me too sweetie, me too." he blinks and he is on the street again. "I'll miss you very much," he mumbles. As he goes to sleep for the night he sees one shooting star. That wish he might never know.
A/N Sorry I know it probably sucks. Leave any suggestions in the comments.
