She would just be downright pissed. If someone hurt you that is. If you got hurt to natural causes, It's more or less intense panicking.
If someone did hurt you, (This is after the camp episode by the way, The if you died chapter marked the beginning of the after camp chapter.) They would be dead on sight.
If you got hit and run on the other hand, If you didn't tell her she would likely try and figure it out herself.
And she would.
But if it's natural it's more of dragging you to safety.
Just panicking all around.

Panicking but worse.
Depending on how serious your injured, It's either a react of "Oh my god I have to help Y/N" or "Oh my god I have to kill this MF before I help Y/N."
He wouldn't actually kill whoever hurt you but he would get really close too.
But he isn't really worried about your injuries, he can easily just heal them as you got them. He's worried if the people that hurt you will do it again.
He'd be more protective over you at the end of the day.

See, unlike N; she would actually kill whoever hurt you.
Like N, she can just as easily heal you. Remember, she's a literal machine that's meant to kill.
That being said, if you were seriously harmed in anyway, she wouldn't hesitate to kill just to protect you.
Basically just like N but hostile mode.

He's had experiences with close death experiences but this is just a whole other level.
It's more of trying to make sure you can survive this whole ordeal and then make sure whoever hurt you is... gone.
Thad the gigachad is not going to let this go by easily.

I'm not kidding, she would kill whoever hurt you, whether it was accident or not. (You could stop her if it was accidental though.) But usually it's making sure you were okay first.
Afterwards it's just sticking to you like glue for a month.
She wouldn't let you out of her sight even after the whole ordeal was done and over with.
