Ch 19: Supernatural

Since that first date you had so many thoughts running through your head. What was with the freezing touch? Were you beginning to develop feelings for him? Why are people still angry at Ranboo for 'leaking' the snippet even when you made a public statement that you gave them permission? You couldn't seem to make sense of any of it.

Those questions replayed in the back of your head as you and Tommy were walking over to Freddie's for a sleep over. "But you get what I mean when I say Toby doing that is annoying right?"

You finally focused again and caught the last bit of what your friend said. "Huh? Oh uh yeah, totally valid reasoning."

"How long have you been spacing out for? I've been rambling for 10 minutes or something," Tommy stated with a concerned look.

"Probably 5 minutes? I don't know, I was just thinking about that day with Ranboo."

"You mean that date? You never did tell me how it went, was it a good first date?" Tommy asked with his eyebrows moving in a playful manner.

"It, was nice" you admitted, hiding your smile just thinking about. "It resulted in more questions than answers though..."

"Oh? Oh my god you're blushing!" A poke on the cheek turned into, 2 and then a rapid fire of pokes.

You slapped the hand away and glared at Tommy. "I AM NOT! Now wipe that shit eating grin off your face."

Tommy opened his mouth to say something when his phone started buzzing. He pulled it up and chuckled, "Fucking hell, Ranboo's ears must have been burning. Hey Ranboo what's up?"

You physically stopped walking as Tommy put the phone on speaker. You swallowed thickly hearing your soulmates voice, bracing yourself for the burning. "Hey, I know I could have texted this, but I was wondering if you had plans in the evening? I was thinking about doing a jackbox stream."

"Well I'm hanging out with Freddie, Eryn and Y/N tonight. I probably can't but maybe if we're all in for it we'll join."

"Oh, Y/N is joining you all? How have they been?"

Tommy gave you a weird look before speaking. "Y'know, same as always. They're right next to me now."

You were quickly typing something on your phone with the look of panic on your face as Tommy announced your presence. "Hello," you quickly said as you showed Tommy a message.

'Y/N AS IN COUSIN'

The expression on Tommy's face could only be described as 'oh fuck'. He kept mouthing to you that he was sorry.

"Oh hey, I didn't think you would be in town so soon again," Ranboo admitted with a slight quiver to his voice. "You helping Tommy with a video or something, or is he dragging you along?"

"Oh uh, well I'm not too sure actually. Tommy just invited me along and the other two are fine with it, so yeah..." You told him with panic on your face. You looked at Tommy for help while you did hand signals that you don't know what to say.

"Ah fair enough. Hope you guys have fun doing whatever it is you end up doing. Oh but Tommy, before I leave you, do you happen to know if MASQ is free tonight? I figured I'd ask before calling them," they admitted. You and Tommy just stared at each other as you both paled.

"Oh uh, I think they're busy. I invited them tonight but they said they had something to do," Tommy lied, with his eyes closed and pinching the bridge of his nose.

"Ah okay, I'll text them at least. Talk to you later Tom. Nice talking to you again Y/N," they said, indicating that this interaction was coming to a close.
