A shocked Violet Bridgerton gathered her children and their spouses, eager to share the unexpected sighting of Eloise in the marketplace. As they all sat in the grand drawing room, tension filled the air.

Violet took a deep breath and began, "I saw Eloise today. She was there, in the marketplace. And she looked... happy." Her voice wavered with a mix of concern and excitement.

Anthony, ever the protective older brother, furrowed his brows. "But Mother, we searched for her years ago, all over London. How could she have been living nearby all this time?"

Violet paused, her eyes scanning the room. "Perhaps she wanted to stay hidden. But she seemed to be doing well, based on her attire."

"Well obviously she is doing well, her husband is a barrister" Penelope muttered, tired of keeping it to herself

Violet's eyes widened in surprise as Penelope's revelation sank in. She turned her gaze towards Penelope, her voice laced with a mix of curiosity and concern. "Eloise is married? To a barrister?" Violet inquired, her tone both eager and cautious.

"Yes, the radical she was in love with, he became a barrister" she revealed.

Anthony Bridgerton couldn't help but ask the burning question on everyone's mind. "Penelope, have you been in contact with Eloise all this time? Did you know where she was?" he asked, his voice tinged with a mix of hope and suspicion.

Penelope shook her head, her eyes filled with sincerity. "No, I didn't," she answered truthfully. "After Eloise left, I went searching for her. All I knew was that Theo had been called to the bar. I found no trace of her, and it seemed she had moved on with her life."

Violet let out a sigh, her worry now mixed with relief. "So she's doing well? She's happy?"

Penelope nodded, a small smile playing on her lips. "Yes, she is. I saw her a couple of years ago in the market with her husband. They seemed genuinely content. "

"Do you happen to know his name?" Benedict asked, his eyes filled with anticipation. "Maybe we could find her."

Penelope nodded and replied, "His name is Theo Sharpe. He's the one Eloise is married to."

Daphne's eyes widened in shock. "Theo Sharpe? The same Theo who helped Simon with the legal matters at the estate last year?" Her heart raced with excitement at the prospect of finally discovering where Eloise and Theo lived.

Determined to reunite with her beloved sister, Daphne turned to her husband, Simon, He assured her that he would reach out to his acquaintances and try to obtain the address of Theo and Eloise.

After making a few inquiries and leveraging his connections, Simon managed to secure the address. The family, filled with anticipation and a longing to reconnect with Eloise, decided to embark on a journey to visit her.

Early the next day, the Bridgerton family arrived at Theo and Eloise's home. With their guests already having left for Seaton, they weren't expecting any visitors. Inside, the kids were happily having breakfast, while Theo, who had no court appointments that day, was enjoying a leisurely morning at home. Upstairs, Eloise was engrossed in her writing, working on her latest book.

Simon knocked on the door, and Theo, taken aback by the unexpected visitors, opened it hesitantly. His eyes widened as he saw the entire Bridgerton family standing before him, with Simon at the forefront. Sensing the tension in the air, Violet quickly grabbed Anthony's arm to prevent any rash actions towards the man who had eloped with her daughter.

Theo managed a nervous smile and awkwardly invited them inside. Simon introduced Theo to the family, one by one, as they entered the house. Each member of the Bridgerton family eyed Theo with a mix of curiosity, confusion, and lingering resentment.

Just as the tension reached its peak, Eloise descended the staircase, her steps faltering when she laid eyes on her family. She stood frozen, her heart pounding with a mixture of joy, fear, and uncertainty. The room fell silent as the family's gaze met hers, and the emotions between them hung in the air.

Suddenly, the silence was broken by the sound of little footsteps. Theo's and Eloise's children emerged from the hallway, their eyes wide with curiosity. The family's surprise was evident as they took in the sight of Eloise, who they had always believed had no interest in motherhood, now standing with her own precious children.

The room filled with a mixture of emotions — relief, forgiveness, and a sense of new beginnings. It was a moment of reconciliation and understanding, as the family realized that Eloise had found her own path to happiness, even if it meant taking a different journey from the one they had imagined for her.
