Jimin was at her house, eating dinner with her family.

"Do you guys want to watch the movie Jongho created?" She asked her parents

"Jongho? I remember that boy, he was a polite young boy, perfect for you," Her mom said

"Mom! We talked about this," Jimin said

"Yes on the phone, when are you going to date someone?" Her mother puts her chopsticks down

"What about the guy you dated for a while, Heeseung was it? What happened?"

"That trash cheated on some girl named, Sooha or something," Jimin rolls her eyes

"What about Jongho? You cried during our celebration for your SAT results because of him," Her dad asks this time

"We were only friends for 4 years, the only reason he talked to me in our fourth year is that I was the only K-pop fan he knew," Jimin said, gobbling on some kimchi

"At least you guys showed a similar interest?"

"No Mom! All he did was talk about Loona, make me listen to their b-sides, read fanfiction but he never once asked me what I liked."

"He used me and when I tried to contact him not only a month from our last day he ignored me, a year later for his birthday I wished him a happy birthday, no reply," She chugs on her drink

"I'm here for a break, I'm here to spend time with my family and I am here so will you please not talk about him?" She hits her cup on the table, wiping her mouth

"You were the one who mentioned him first?" Her dad said

-

Her parents were right. She mentioned Jongho first on the table but got mad when they did. She was supposed to rest but she couldn't.

She went to a website to book a ticket for the movie. His POV was what it was called.

She got ready and left to watch the movie at 2 AM.

In His POV. He didn't like like her yet. She was just a friend who was funny. But it seemed like she was the one keeping their friendship as soon as they changed seats.

Occasionally waves as he walks past her. But soon third year hits them and there wasn't a conversation. The girl was busier than the boy so the only time he sees her is during class but even then they rarely make contact due to the fact that the girl was tables away from him.

As the movie plays, the fourth year came along. Jimin notices how similar she was to the character, Saemi. A K-pop fan, and pianist but Saemi on the other hand was part of the student council.

Unlike Jimin who wasn't in any clubs

It shows the boy's perspective on how he became a K-pop fanatic.

He wants to befriend the girl again because she was the only one he was able to relate to. Sure he shared similar interests to his other friends but K-pop? They were not such big fans.

The girl was playing the piano. Jimin rose up from her seat. This was all so similar. Was this based on us?
