Jimin takes a deep breath before continuing "I planned on confessing to you again on the night of prom...But sadly prom got cancelled and I was a coward."
"And again on our results day, it was all in my head, I text you, and we meet near our school bench because I knew no one will be there, I did not care if your parents were there but..."
"But?" Jongho questioned
"Memories went through my head, it felt like you were using me, you didn't even ask me what I liked? It was all you Jongho... I liked you for 4 years, I tried to stay as friends but you didn't want that, I was happy to stay as friends as long as you were happy but you'd rather downgrade me to a stranger," Jimin said
"Jongho, the person I liked was 19 and now we are 23, I'm glad that we met up but let's stay that way." She lets goes of his hand.
Jongho shouts in despair "Wait!" She stops but doesn't turn around
"This isn't just about you Jimin, what about me, what about my feelings? You were the person who I was able to connect with in some way," He said
"I was not using you, I love our non-kpop conversation, you opened up and at that time my feelings were already developed, I was esthetic! I admit it was stupid of me to leave you without a sound, it was dumb of me to think that you would leave us as if you were leaving the Earth."
"I love you and I would like to be with you, we were 19, and we have both certainly changed a lot since then, but I'm willing to meet the new you, if, you're willing to meet the new me..."
Jimin slowly turns around and walks towards him. "I will be here for 3 months before go I back to the States, will you turn away this time?"
"No, I won't," Jongho said
She nods "Three months, Jongho, I will show you who I am and you will show me who you are, 3 months and in honesty if we don't find a liking towards each other let's stay as friends."
"In three months if we do still hold the feelings we had as nineteen-year-olds then... I will be with you."
