strange meeting

' Good morning Akka' Abhi wished rubbing his eyes,
' what are you searching?' as he didn't get any response abhi questioned seeing Aadhya who is searching under the table.

" Abhi have you seen my necklace?" Aadhya asked still searching
' necklace....that lavender one ' abhi questioned
" Yes, yesterday it was with me from morning it was missing " Aadhya said on wedge of crying

Both abhi and Aadhya searched every hook of the house but couldn't find it.
Both of them sat on the couch

"It's ok go and get ready we will have breakfast" Aadhya said with disappointed
' don't worry akka it will be somewhere?' saying this he went to get ready.

Aadhya had already order breakfast
" Have fastly we had lot of work today we are already late because of necklace " Aadhya said while taking a bite of her sandwich

'lot of work?' Abhi questioned
" Hmm firstly we should go to your university to join then i had a small business meeting and third it's a suprise " Aadhya said.

' suprise ' abhi said with a pout
" Yes now hurry up" saying this she went to the kitchen placing her plate in the sink.

About an hour they reached the university.
It was Aadhya's dream to study here but due to some reasons she couldn't but she was happy atleast Abhi is able to study there.

" Yes professor, thank you for taking the admission in last minute " Aadhya thanked the professor, he was a friend of her grandfather

' no need to thank me ' professor said with a smile,and parted their ways

' this university is so big Akka' Abhi said while scanning it

They were taking a tour of the university when they hear a voice making them to stop.

Aadhya pov:

' Aadhya' after hearing my name i stopped to see the person.
As I turned i saw a person about my age coming towards us.
As he was approaching I felt him familiar, as he was near me he hugged me saying my name again.

' oh mister what you're doing?' i heard Abhi's voice and his hand making me and that person break the hug.
Abhi protectively stood in between me and that person

' i missed you lilliput' as soon as I heard the word Lilliput i remembered the person infront of me
" Beanpole " saying this i hugged him alot of emotions rushed in me.

' how are you doing?' he asked and I replied him then i realised that abhi is beside me all confused

" Ha Abhi he is bean... I mean Kartik my childhood friend" Aadhya introduced him
' oh the one you always tell ' abhi said and gave a hand shake.
" Kartik this is  my one and only Abhi" she told.
' wow he grew up, when i saw him he is still 5years' kartik said jokly.

'What you're doing here?' kartik questioned
" That he joined here in fine arts " aadhya said and questioned him.
" What about you?"
' I'm working as full time food safety officer  and part time professor ' kartik said.

" Oh nice what about Emily? How is she?" Aadhya spoke
' she is also a professor here, and you don't forget that she will be as sweet as I'm be ready to face the consequences ' kartik slightly hitted on her hand.
Aadhya nodded her head.
" Then i will meet you again " Aadhya said.
' yes i hope we won't loose our connection again' kartik said.
After exchanging their contacts aadhya took her leave.

In My Taste cafe

' you have been asking tha same thing from midnight Murari ' Srikar complaint as his friend called in middle of the night to ask when they were having the meeting with Aadhya

" I'm just curious" murari said with a neutral face.
' curious, i don't understand what is making you curious?' Srikar said with a sarcastic voice.

As soon the door opening sound was heard they both saw Aadhya and a boy entering into the cafe.

Murari pov:

" There she is " my mind said seeing the person entering but who is he? " Could be her boyfriend" my mind spoke once again which i hate for being honest with me.
But let me get confirm from her

" Don't worry i will take their order" i told to one of the staff going towards their table

" May i know your order miss" Murari asked with a smile
" Yes i will have two cappuccino and one cheesecake" Aadhya ordered
" Anything else miss" murari asked.
" No" Aadhya replied
Murari nodded and went to bring their orders

' Akka you said about a business meeting ' Abhi asked
" Hm do you know about my passion?" Aadhya questioned
' yes' Abhi nodded and replied again
' you wanted to be a chef and start a restaurant '
Aadhya smiled listening her brother's words.
"I wanted to start a restaurant both in India and in Paris" Aadhya continued
" So I'm having a meeting with one of the famous restaurant owner in Paris for a collab" as Aadhya said murari came back with their orders and returned back to the counter.

' when should I inform her about the meeting ' Srikar asked murari
" Now" saying this Murari removed his apron.
' this man ' Srikar rolled his eyes seeing his friend and went to Aadhya's table.

' miss Aadhya,' Srikar called.
"Yes, are you mr. Srikar?" Aadhya spoke
Srikar nodded his head and led the way to the meeting room.

' Murari will be here in 5 minutes, make yourself comfortable ' Srikar told while pulling a chair as a gesture
Aadhya thanked him and waited for murari.

After 5minutes the door had opened and murari walked inside seeing him Aadhya was confused
" Why this staff had come " Aadhya thought herself but was shocked hearing the next sentence
' miss Aadhya this is Murari the  owner and chef of My TASTE' Srikar introduced them.

Aadhya mouth got slightly opened which made murari chuckle she uneasyly forwarded her hand
" I'm Aadhya ceo of Deshmukh textile"

" Please have a seat " murari said and sat, soon the meeting had started.
" I'm quite impressed miss Aadhya but I'm confused with one question can I ask you?" Murari asked seeking for her permission
" Ofcourse" Aadhya assured him
" You're a well known entrepreneur but why you suddenly wanted to switch the profession into food sector?" Murari asked with curiosity

" Oh i graduated in hotel management and wanted to start my own restaurant but due to some personal things i had to take up Deshmukh textile and now I wanted to follow my passion " Aadhya said while a small smile lingering on her face.

" I know you had one more question that why im seeking the collab from Paris? Is it?" Aadhya questioned before murari speak
" Yes" murari answered

" I had a very emotional bond with Paris so I wanted to start it from here and have this mixture of indo-paris taste" Aadhya's answer her commitment made murari more interested in her.

All this time aadhya felt a sense of calmness around murari.
" Then we can finalize our contract miss Aadhya " murari said while getting up
" Looking forward to work with you mr. Murari" Aadhya said....(to be continued)................
