[ Max ]
"Max! Just...take Nathan upstairs and don't come down until I tell you!" Mom was freaking the fuck out.
"I don't see what the big deal is...it's just grandma Louise." I sighed.
"You know how she is." She gave me a stern look, stirring the pasta sauce that was beginning to bubble on the stove. "The only thing she praised me for was keeping you keeping your dad's last name - and even then, it was more of a threat than a praise."
I often forgot that I did have a different last name than them. I remember my mom not even asking me if I wanted to change it, either. She knew just how much my dad meant to me. "I wish my Dad could be here, too."
"Oh, hon, I know you do." She stroked my cheek. "Remember, my love, he's always with you—"
"In my heart." I placed a hand over my chest and smiled.
When he had first died, that was the saying that my mom told me. And I believed it whole heartedly. I know my dad's always watched over me, even though he can't be here, physically. And I knew he would be proud of me.
Nathan entered the kitchen then. "C'mon, Max." Nate whispered in my ear, his hot breath tickling my neck.
I followed him up the stairs and we locked ourselves in my room.
"Why are you so dressed up?" I laid on my bed.
"My mom made me."
"She's not even that dressed up." I pointed out, laughing.
"She said I had to look nice for you." He blushed.
"Well I think you look very handsome." I rested my arms on his shoulders, my fingers playing with his hair. I rested my forehead against his and just stood there, happily. Personally, I preferred to see Nathan in his basketball shorts, a t-shirt, and a backwards hat but seeing him in nice pants, a black button down shirt with the sleeves rolled to his elbow made me feel some type of way.
"You're too kind." He said softly before kissing me hard, grinding against me even harder.
"Don't, it's almost time for dinner." I stopped him as he pushed me backwards on the bed and grabbed my butt, his hand slipping passed my boxers.
Dinner. As in family dinner. My mom decided it was necessary for one to celebrate my graduation. And due to timing conflicts of my dad's side of the family, it had to be before my actual graduation.
"Fine." Nate sighed but rolled off of me. He got behind me, instead, and started rubbing my shoulders. "Who's all coming?"
"Both sets of my grandparents, some aunts and uncles, some cousins, and then some family from Owen's side."
"All together? Hope this won't be the start of World War III."
I shrugged and was really getting relaxed from him massaging my shoulders. He kissed my temples and then kissed the tip of my ear, nibbling my earlobe. His teeth grazed my neck and my pants grew tighter.
"Nathan," I whimpered.
Nate's hands went up my shirt and he ran his fingers over my sensitive nipples and down to my thighs and back, repeating the process until I was completely hard.
"I hate you." I hissed through a clenched jaw.
"Love you, too, Maxey." He smirked and then straddled me, again, kissing me hard.
He grinded against me hard and slow, further antagonizing my erection. I hissed and moaned and panted all while cussing him out.
I fisted a chunk of his hair in my hands and spread my legs wider, letting him shove his knee in between my thighs roughly. We were just dry humping until...
