Chapter 10 The Old World

After a month Yulia and Kayla finally made it to the abandoned city where echo was being held it was a giant city with abandoned buildings as tall as giants, roads that led on and on, and homes that housed many people. Along with Kayla and Yulia Aj and Danki also made it but they were on the opposite side but they would meet up eventually.

Yulia: This is the place. Way bigger then I expected.

Kayla: Yeah. Now the hard part is locating her.

Yulia: It shouldn't be to difficult we just have to search.

Kayla: And how long will this take us?

Yulia: Well considering this is a big ass city I say an hour if we split up.

Kayla: Splitting up is a terrible idea so we stick together.

Yulia: What scared or something?

Kayla: Me? Scared? Never!

Yulia: *smile* Then prove it.

Kayla: Fine!

Kayla ran off on her to find on her own to find where echo is located.

Yulia: *smiling* Feel like you two would get along well.

Yulia walked off in the opposite direction to find echo. Meanwhile Aj and Danki were walking through the city trying to find where the relic was located.

Aj: Alright the map says that it shouldn't be to far from us.

Danki: I hope so.

Aj and Danki walked around until they found where the map ended. Finding a old shop that once sold many things but now on the verge of collapsing on itself.

Aj: What the hell!

Danki: This is where it says it is.

Aj: I'm not going in there.

Danki: Why not scared?

Aj: There could be spiders in there.

Danki: Most likely.

Azreal: Just do it.

Aj sighed and went in hoping he doesn't see any spiders. Back to Kayla who find herself lost surrounded by tall buildings that reached above the sky.

Kayla: Fuck these buildings are tall wonder what people lived here?

Kayla walked around until she saw someone go into a building she followed them until she saw them go downstairs. When she went down she found a cloaked figure raising the dead.

???: Yes arise my army we will take over the world!

Kayla: *whispering* Holy shit this isn't good.

???: Someone dares enter my chamber!

Kayla: Shit!

She was caught but she was able to escape but as she was running down the street more corpses came out of the ground and she was forced to fight them as she was running.

Kayla: Fuck this is bad but I gotta get to Yulia!

Kayla began to speed up and she went faster and faster until she turned into flames going fast enough to where the things she passed begin to melt but she was on her way to make sure Yulia was ok. Meanwhile Aj and Danki were in the basement of the shop unaware of what's going.

P.C: Sir there seems to be a large amount of dark magic somewhere in the city.

Aj: Jeez someone must have the relic we have to find them!
