"Just a question, where did you get my name?" I asked out of curiosity.
I mean, I liked the name really, it sounds so elegant yet simple.
"Amellia, your mother really wanted a name connected to your Grandma's name. So she got Amellia from your Grandmother's name Amelita. Now the name Mio, it actually means something in Japanese, you and your brothers all have this Japanese name in your names that means something and symbolizes some of you. 美 (mi) meaning beautiful combined with 桜 (o) meaning cherry blossom." He answered.
"How about the Krane?" I asked.
"Krane, I just love how it sound so we used it." He said.
I just nodded, they did gave me a beautiful name.
"Why'd you ask?" He asked curiously.
"Nothing, it just sounds so good to be my name." I answered.
He smiled and held my hand softly it's like He's reassuring me that my name suits me perfectly.
I wonder if my brothers's name is as good as mine.
Wait...
"I HAVE BROTHERS?!" I technically shouted that question into my father's face.
He looked shocked for sometime but laughed a little about my reaction.
"Yes you do have brothers." He said confirming everything.
"How do you say fucking hell in Italian?" I asked.
He looked at me confused but answered.
"Fottuto inferno." He said.
"Well father, Fottuto inferno. Why didn't you tell me!" I said.
I think I'm getting a little too comfortable in here but heck I care right now.
"Language Bambina. I don't tolerate inappropriate language inside the house, not even your older brothers." He said
"Sorry." I mumbled my head bowed a little.
He took my chin and lift it up, enough for me to look him in the eye, which I avoided.
"Bambina, I know something happened to you, those broken ribs, arms, and legs can't be just there without any reason. But I want to know that I will wait until you're ready to tell us. We won't force you to tell us. But do look at us, your not below us, your the same as us. And we don't down on someone. Look at us in the eye Amellia, we won't hurt you." He said reassuring me.
I nodded, I will try to get comfortable enough with them. After all they're my family.
"Your brothers will be happy to see you." He said smiling.
"How many are they?" I asked
"Hmm 10." He casually said.
