[petite reflexion sur la paix intérieure ? big up à maître ugui]
i think you can be peaceful but not necessarily detached. It's more about being attached to the rights things.
Don't be detached towards everything. Free yourself from the judgement of others, from yours as well, from expectations that don't bring you anything, from the superfluous and the stressful. But stay close and alive to things you love, and fear. Allow yourself to be invested in what makes life special to you. Nature, sounds, colors, smells, memories, the weird beauty of everything, the laugh of people you love and their hardships too, but especially their smiles. Animals, little insects doing their thing, cats purring under the sun, dogs running on the beach, birds making their nests, fish swimming flawlessly in a river.
Feel everything and love as much as you can, experiment and overcome. Being peaceful is more about not judging anymore than detaching yourself. It's about patience and excitement, passion and rest. It's a balance and it's allowing yourself to breathe and focus on what really matters to you. It's realising that you have control and learning to deal with your freedom.
