"I was starting to wonder when you might notice us."

"Who are you?" Leon questioned.

"Me Ilamo Ramon Salazar, the 8th Castellan of this magnificent architecture. I have been honored with the protigius power from the great Lord Saddler. I've been expecting you my brethren." Ramon smirked, looking down at the group.

"No thanks, bro." Leon retorted.

"My, my we've got a feisty one. If you care for your own wellbeing. I suggest you both surrender yourself and simply...become our hostages. Or Mr. Scott, you can give us the girl because you're not worth a penny I'm afraid. You can die." Ramon walked away with his two bodyguards, closing the doors behind him.

"I'm never turning into one of them. Never!" Ashley shouted.

"Got that right. We'll find a cure." Leon assured her.

"Maybe we should split up and search around for any clues. There's got to be something that will get rid of your parasites." Mila suggested.

"I don't think that's such a good idea." Leon said, uncertain.

"Ashley's our main problem right now. Stay with her. I'll go ahead and look around." Mila told him.

"Happy hunting." Leon murmured and Mila walked off, leaving Leon and Ashely, closing the door behind her.

Mila continued down a narrow hallway that had a checkered floor pattern. There were a couple of fragile looking vases that Mila had an urge to shatter a few. She passed by multiple portraits hanging on the wall, that appeared to be ancient, of different people. She also saw multiple painting of Ramon as well as statues of his face sitting on pillars.

"Well, this guy certainly does love looking at himself I'll give it that. How many portraits or busts does one person need?" Mila spoke, rolling her eyes. "Although, this castle is definitely impressive I have to admit." Then Mila stopped in front of a door and opened it and walked into the room. She was amazed by how large the room was. It looked a suite for royals. There was a large canopy bed, a large window with a balcony outside, a dressing cabinet filled with many beautiful dresses, some mostly blue, that looked like they would tear with a even a slightest touch. A dresser with makeup sitting on it with an oval mirror that was shattered with missing pieces of glass as Mila stared back at her reflection.

Mila noticed a large portrait of a beautiful woman above the bed and walked closer to get a better look. The woman's dark brown eyes stared back into Mila's almost as if they were looking right at her, following her every move, as if alive. Just an optical illusion, nothing more. Mila shivered a little as she examined the painting more. She had pasty but fair skin, with a beauty mark on her lower left cheek, dark brunette hair was tied up in a high bun with large flowing curls hanging lose, wearing a dark blue dress. Whoever this woman was she must have been of great importance. Mila saw a large trunk at the end of the bed and opened it rummaging around inside of it. Her eyes widen and she pulled out a sewing box and quickly opened it to find some thread and a few needles inside.

"Just what I needed!" Mila cheered and she sat down on the bed with the sewing kit. Mila took of the bandage and sewed her severed arm back in place. That's one problem solved! Mila smiled she finished her work and she took a small bag with some thread and a needle then closed the kit and placed it on the dresser beside the bed. She stuffed the bag into her pocket and laid back on the bed. Mila felt her eyes starting to drop feeling heavier and she was out like a light falling into a deep sleep.

Mila yawned and slowly opened her eyes.

"¿Tuviste un buen sueño en mi madre's cama, Senorita?" Mila's eyes immediately shot open, hearing a familiar voice. Ramon was standing at the end of the bed, looking down at her with a smug smirk on his face. She saw that the room was darker as the moon shined through as it only light source. She began to worry. How long had she been out for? What about Leon and Ashely!? Mila blinked and Ramon was right in front of her face, pinning her down on the bed. Mila shifted her eyes from his golden gaze. She began to feel her cheeks growing hotter, blushing with embarrassment. She was supposed to be a government trained agent! How could she get herself into this situation!?

"Where's Leon and Ashely?" she demanded. Mila heard him chuckle.

"Oh, the girl's back with us. She fell into one of my perfectly devised traps. Your friend, however, let's say he's having a wonderful time in the garden maze with a few pets of mine."

"What is your plan with Ashely?" She asked him.

"The president's daughter will return home and unleash lord Saddler's astounding gift upon the world."

"You do know that he's controlling you, right?" Mila told him. Ramon made a scoff and laughed at her as if she told a bad joke.

"Don't compare me to those diminutive ganados. The parasites, Las Plagas are slaves to my will. I have absolute control."

"How can you know that for sure? He could be letting you think that you have control, but you really don't." Mila told him. Ramon blinked at her shocked for a moment before he scowled at her.

"Don't be absurd! You know nothing! Don't talk to me as if you know me!" Ramon snapped, angrily. Mila quickly hooked her leg around his, while he was distracted and instantly flipped Ramon over. He flopped onto his back with her now on top of him, pinning him down. Ramon stared back up at her in shock at her strength, before he glared angrily at her.

"Get in here!" Ramon shouted at the top of his lungs. Mila saw the doors busted open behind her to see the two tall robed bodyguards and they slowly began to approach. Mila quickly glanced over at the window then glanced down at Ramon who was struggling to break free underneath her.

"You're coming with me!" Mila quickly grabbed the small man and tucked him in one of her arms. Ramon growled and hit and kicked at her, trying to break free.

"Let go of me, you insolent peasant!" He shrieked. The Verdugo cloaked in red immediately darted towards Mila. Mila quickly charged towards the window, snapping it open, to the balcony. Mila backed away as the two Verdugos came closer and closer and closer. Her back bumped into the railing behind her and Mila glanced down and the ground. It looked to be about 20 feet drop. She can make it. Ramon's eyes widen when he realized that she was going to jump.

"Are you insane!? Put me down! That fall will kill the both of us!" He screamed. Mila rolled her eyes and leaped over the railing when the two Verdugos tried to grab her, mainly going for Ramon.

Ramon screamed as the two plummeted down to the ground.
