DMITRI

And so they were, Isabel looked out the window like a child, her jaw practically on the floor, she gazed at the magnificent castle, it was like a dream, absolutely unreal, Pansy noticed her childlike gaze and smirked,

"Amazing isn't it," her new friend could do nothing but nod, the other boys finally got back, and all watched her stare outside, "Now that is your new home for the year, Izzy."

The group made their way to the carriages, they were one of the last ones and there were only two left, Isabel went to pick up her suitcase, only then did she realize she'd left it on the train,

"Shit," she muttered, "Pansy I forgot my suitcase, I'll be back in a second," she said as she turned to leave,

"Want me to come with?" The girl shook her head and made her way on the train, she practically ran to the compartment they were all in, grabbed her suitcase, and lugged it off when she arrived back on the platform, she saw that Pansy had left, the ones standing in her place was non-other than the Riddles.

"Parkinson left with the others, we felt it to be cruel to leave a young girl all by herself in the forest when it's so dark," explained Tom with a false smile,

"Oh, er, alright." She didn't dare look either of them in the eye, instead, she rushed to the carriage, dragging her suitcase on she heard one of the brothers snicker, she stumbled upon and felt a hand on the small of her back, she turned to see Mattheo with a mischievous smirk, she turned back and shook her head slightly in confusion.

The journey wasn't too long, but it was very silent an uncomfortable silence, she looked everywhere but at the two boys sitting across, they did the complete opposite, eyes glued onto the poor girl, she felt her head burn as if someone was prodding at it, she began looking outside the window in helps the feeling would go away.

She had never been anywhere outside of England; Northeast was where she spent most of her childhood. The funny thing about Isabel was that she lived in England, known for its magnificent landscapes and marvelous old castles, yet she had seen neither.

She had lived in poor suburbs, far away from places like this, and now, she was in Scotland.

It was a little after eight pm, the stars were like little white eyes in the sky, watching her every move, the moon shone down creating an unearthly glow on the path ahead, she heard all sorts of unusual noises coming from the forest.

The pain in her head calmed down, it was still there non the less, she thought it to be from the long train ride,

"The forest is quite beautiful is it not brother?" Tom remarked as he gazed outside the window,

"Yep," Mattheo rolled his eyes as he uncomfortably moved in his seat, an annoyed hum came from his brother,

"I think, Izzy, you'll find you'll quite like it here at Hogwarts, my brother here might disagree as he himself isn't fond of it, but it'll suit someone such as yourself," Tom uttered as he stared at the girl once again,

"Someone such as me?" Isabel raised her eyebrow, Tom didn't reply, instead, he turned away,

"I think what my brother was trying to say, was someone without a place to call home."

Isabel gasped slightly, how on earth do they know all of these things about her, she assumed they knew her full name as Izzy tends to be short for Isabel, but this? This was different, now it wasn't a coincidence.

"What are you two playing at," she asked trying to come off as stern, but she knew they saw right through her,

"Absolutely nothing," Mattheo smirked, "Isabel." he brought his legs up to rest beside Isabel as he made eye contact, almost as if it wasn't obvious enough, he was trying to make her uncomfortable.
