" AH HA! CAUGHT YA!" Ghoul exclaimed after successfully catching a lizard he had been chasing for over 25 mins.
" All of that for a lizard?" Poison asked holding a stick with crickets over a crackling fire.
" Lizards are WAY better than your stupid crickets."
" Yeah right!"
" Fine ask Kobra than."
Poison poked Kobra who had nodded off behind his sunglasses .
" Whats better Lizards or crickets?"
" Yuck, neither."
" Than what do you eat?"
" Power Pup with simulated venison"
" Ewwwwwwww." Ghoul said making a 🤢 face " I can't believe you eat that crap dude."
" Yeah it's freaking dog food!"
" It's better than chasing lizards all over the place" he justified
" Well thank you Mr.kung fu master you really settled that." Ghoul said putting his dinner over the fire.
" OooO! We can ask Jet!" Poison exclaimed
"Yeah, wherever he is." Kobra said
Poison abandon his dinner . " YO JET!" he called walking to the last place he had seen his friend.
" YO POISON!" he yelled back before appearing around the side of the old rusted warehouse they were hiding in the shade of.
" You can chill out for a bit dude, I think were safe for a while."
" Yeah I guess.. did Ghoul catch his lizard yet?"
" Yeah he did and oh by the way, when he asks which is better say crickets." Poison said putting his arm around Jet Star
They had made there way back to the fire when they were startled with the crunching sound of running footsteps approached.
" The hell was that!?" Ghoul asked putting his hand to his blasta.
" Dunno" Jet responded.
Just then a little girl in a white T-shirt and faded blue jeans came sprinting around the side of the warehouse. She was being chased by two Draculoids, Weapons drawn and trained on her.
" Who's that?!" Poison asked standing up, watching the scene unfold.
" THEIR GONNA KILL THAT KID!" Jet yelled clearly worried for her safety.
" Well Poison!? Can we help?!" He asked
" Yeah go! go!" Poison said permitting the others to act while he shook his little brother awake. The three men ran after Jet who was already firing at the Drcas and the girl ran to the other side of the warehouse still desperately trying to avoid being ghosted.
*AN* Hey yall! This is gonna be a very long fic to hold on tight! This first part is based on a short fan made Killjoys comic I saw on Pintrest so if you see something kinda like this story ( crickets and lizard and how they met her) thats why lol. I was very inspired.
