VanX looked at the burning grave he had made for Rex, finding the parts he could of him to bury as a Mandalorian, he held Rex's helmet in his hands as he watched the fire burn, he paused as he heard something.
It was a voice...
"This is a really beautiful planet... it's a shame that the Mandalorians brought destruction to it." VanX heard a raspy almost demonic voice call out.
VanX turned around and was greeted to the same inquisitor that killed Cathrine.

"You." VanX growled out as he stood up, putting Rex's helmet down as he faced the Inquisitor. But VanX noted something about the inquisitor, he looked infected with something purple and glowing in weird pustules on his armor.
"The hell is wrong with you?" VanX asked in confusion.
"For a time, I considered, sparing your retched little planet Mandalore, but you will bring it's dismemberment..." The Inquisitor said in a voice that VanX somewhat recognized as he placed his hand on VanX's left forearm before he collapsed and died on the ground, when he died, a purple crystal that glowed erupted from his chest.
VanX looked at the glowing crystal and he looked at the place where the Inquisitor touched him and was greeted to a bizarre symbol on his forearm.

The Symbol glowed purple as it disappeared, he felt an odd familiarity in the symbols design, but at that moment The Ghost landed and VanX was greeted by Ursa, Sabine, Ezra and Hera coming out of the ship and approaching him.
"Mr. VanX, are you okay?" Sabine asked as she walked up to him.
"I'm fine, but Rex is gone." VanX said as he picked Rex's helmet up and hold it.
Ursa sighed as she said. "He was a tough bastard." with VanX rebutting with. "Even Rex couldn't dodge a rocket."
"Hey, I recognize that Sith lord." Sabine said as she walked over to the dead inquisitor, but VanX stopped her with a hand as Sabine and Ursa then noticed the purple crystals.
"Is that Energon?" Sabine asked.
"If it is, it's an infectious type of Energon, he didn't get far. But let's get out of here, in case if any other surprises come out of the trees, some rebels these thieves are. Hera, can you take us to Mandalore?" VanX asked as he, Sabine and Ursa walked into the ghost.
