Love at First Song

Chapter 4

A/N: haven't written anything in a while so decided to touch up on this story and see what i can do. kk love you 💕

Karma was bored just sitting around waiting for a roll call. so she decided to head downstairs to the restaurant of the hotel to feed her boredom.
looking around the room, it was a small buffet, regular looking hotel food. She grabbed herself a plate and put a few things to it. she wasn't really hungry. She was just more so bored and wanted to just do something so she ate whatever looks good. She noticed Marc by himself eating and on the phone so she decided to walk over to him and join him.
" hey Marc, what's up" she said but he was quiet when he saw her and he gave her a welcoming smile and motion for her to sit, in reality  he was actually talking on the phone probably with his girlfriend. So karma sat  beside him  and began nibbling on her food and playing games on her phone, after a few minutes of silence she saw Andy by himself on the side of the room talking on his phone. He looked frustrated. She wanted to go up to him and ask what was wrong, but that would be too forward since she just met him. But only moments later he left the phone call and walked up to Karma, "hey...I know this so sudden but wanna hang and talk a bit about the show tomorrow, I was told this was your first festival and asked to give you some pointers, I mean obviously once your done eating." Karma stopped eating a biscuit not being able  believe her eyes, or ears her favorite musician is asking to hang...alone?!?!?

well she did cause once he said that she completely ignored that she was with Marc and having lunch, so she got up and walked behind Andy.

As Andy led the way he began asking her random questions "so what made you wanna make a band in the first place?" karma answered "well i kinda looked up to you since i was a kid and just always thought you were so cool and badass and loved that you believed in yourself, so i started doing the same, i wanted to follow in your footsteps sorta...i hope that doesn't sound too cheesy or creepy" she says hesitantly, Andy laughs "haha no not at all i really appreciate that you admire my work so much it's actually pretty refreshing knowing another band really looks up to me in that way ya know." karma nods agreeing. They end up walking outside the hotel and walking into the gloomy streets of London.
"sooo where are we headed?" Karma ask a bit confused as to where he would end up leading her
"well i saw this cool little diner and i thought why not bring the newest addition to the festival and give you some pointers" he says smiling back at her.

They enter an old looking 50's type diner and book a booth seat.
"wow you were wrong this is pretty cool Andy!" Karma says happily.
"yeah i've always passed by it whenever we went on UK tours and never gave it shot, might as well since we've got the time. right?"  Karma nods and looks down at her menu trying to make sure the awkward silence wasn't too loud but for an odd enough reason it didn't feel awkward, Andy kept asking questions and getting answers as if he already knew who she was.
"I'm honestly i big fan of your work Karm. your vocals are so clean and crisp, you have amazing range and i really see you succeeding in this field"
Karmas eyes widen when she hears this, who would have know her favourite artist would tell her that, and in her face, it was almost too good to be true.

As they sat, ate and talked they decided to take a detour back to the hotel and check out little shop on the London streets. Each one sharing a laugh and enjoying each others company, it would be a start to an amazing friendship.
