I got back to the van, and Hikaru was waiting for me.

"Come on, we're going to spice things up. This will be a core part of the operation. And soon, Ai will be gone." Hikaru excitingly said.

"Alright," I replied back, looking calm.

"While you were away, I finished this device, I already attached it to the van."

Hikaru was holding a remote control, and on it had several buttons each labeled with a different location that can be found in Tokyo.

"This is just an Alpha build, but let's test it!" Hikaru smiled.

"What is this exactly?" It was clear that I was confused.

"Ah, behold! The Kamiki Teleporter!"

"You're joking?"

"Nope!"

"Test it out then." I boastingly said.

"Alright, we're going to my science laboratory. Oh, don't forget to hold on tight, maybe strap a seatbelt on you." Hikaru's smile reached his ears.

"Fine, fine." I followed Hikaru's orders even though I found this teleporting thing bs.

"Hold on tight, Ryosuke!"

Hikaru pressed the button on the remote, and a portal appeared in front of the van. The van started moving, then I noticed something that was missing.

"There's no one driving the van?"

"Oh, I forgot to tell you, this van runs on auto-pilot!"

"What the fu-"

The van sped up and went inside the portal. Inside was a wormhole that was transporting us. The ride was incredibly bumpy.

"Holy shit!" I screamed.

"Ha! It's working! Hold on tight, we're gonna arrive!" Hikaru screamed back.

I could see a shimmering light at the end of the wormhole, and as we approached it I was blinded.

"Oh shit, that ride hurt," I told him.

"Open your eyes, we're here!"

And when I opened my eyes, we were in front of a storage house that seems like it came out from a sci-fi movie.

A/N: Just imagine a van here.

"Aight, get your ass out of my van, we've got work to do," Hikaru said

"Aight, get your ass out of my van, we've got work to do," Hikaru said.

As I stepped out of the van, I couldn't believe my eyes. The place was massive.

"H-how did we-"

"How did we teleport? Too long to explain, what matters is that it worked."

"I- this is extraordinary."
