She lives by the shore
Making career out of writing
She writes about
the people that visit by
Some seek sheer joy
Just by the sight of the sea
Some seek revenge,
Watching the rebellious waves
Some come by,
only to deepen their wound
Their sorrow dissolving to the stretch of the ocean
Some sit and watch, quietly
Mirroring the composure of the midsea.
She watches people ,
people that come by
to somehow bond with the breeze
And some to dip their feets
some to weave their love
and ship them with the waves
to forever and beyond the islands
while some play
with the hustling baby crabs
laughter, cotton candies
local shops, fresh catches
All play along being watched
by the majestic blues
She becomes
every person out there
reads their mind,
repeats their action
Grabs their accent
Jabs down every inch
and then throws her own punch
She lives by the sea
And she very well knows
Some come by
to leave
Only with the traces of sand.
