Kim Ri-Ya's POV:
"I can't believe you actually wanted to leave us in the car," Baek-Hyun grumbled, nursing a bruise under his eye.
"What did I ever do to you for you to lock me in there with him?" Oh-Rim demanded, rubbing her head where a bump had formed and patch of her hair had gone.
"Okay, kids," Min-Seok shook his head at them playfully, "enough, this is meant to be about bonding,"
Both of them stared at him blankly.
"Okay, it's meant to be about not killing each other," he rolled his eyes. "Either way, cut it out."
"Who made you the boss?" Oh-Rim sulked, crossing her arms over her chest as we arrived at the two rooms.
"Your mom," I muttered under my breath before holding out the two keys. "Whose rooming with who?"
"I don't want to sleep in the same bed as him," Oh-Rim glared at Baek-Hyun. "He smells and he hums all the time."
"I don't want to room with you either!" Baek-Hyun snapped, "You act like you're ten!"
"You both act like children," I sighed, getting between them as they went to grab at each other's hair. "Okay, let's keep it EXO/ Lotus too. Baek-Hyun, you can room with me. Oh-Rim, go with Min―Xiumin."
"I'm happy with that, at least Xiumin is pretty to look at!" Oh-Rim stuck her tongue at Baek-Hyun before skipping forward and looping her arm through Min-Seok's.
I rolled my eyes at her, tossing Min-Seok their room key, "Good luck. She snores."
"I do not!"
"I'm sure you don't," Min-Seok tried to reassure her kindly, already leading her away before she could attack anyone else.
"Come on," I sighed, turning to Baek-Hyun who was already watching me, his face full of curiosity.
The rooms weren't big but the view was to the street, showing off the rest of the town which made up for it. There was one large double bed in the middle with two nightstands and a mini coffee table by the door. There was only one chair, a vintage style rocking chair and it sat beside the bathroom door.
"This is... quaint," Baek-Hyun mumbled, switching the lights on before dumping his small travel bag on the floor.
"It's cheap and it's good for the night, don't whine and just go wash up before bed," I sighed, rolling my eyes before walking over to the right side of the bed, dumping my own bag next to the nightstand.
"I always sleep on the right side," Baek-Hyun complained again,
"Well not tonight," I shook my head, sitting down on the bed and taking my phone out to text Ma-Ra that we were all alive and relatively okay.
"Why can't you sleep on the left side?" Baek-Hyun grumbled, going into the bathroom carrying a fluffy white towel and half a drug store's worth of skincare products.
"Because the window is in that direction," I told him simply, pressing send on the text and looking up at him again.
"I don't get it," Baek-Hyun shrugged, turning on the shower and waiting for the water to heat up.
"I'll get distracted by the things outside and forget to sleep," I admitted, trying to understand where he'd pulled fluffy slippers from as well.
"Oh, you're one of those people," Baek-Hyun nodded quickly, "I get it, Min-Seok Hyung is like that sometimes, Chan-Yeol too."
"You make it sound like a disease," I snorted, laying back on the bed and staring up at the ceiling.
"I'll sleep on the left," Baek-Hyun said after a second, the bathroom door closing right after.
