Izuku: "H-Hello ma'am! Sorry, I- uh..."
Recovery Girl: "Mhm. It can't be helped with someone in your situation, I suppose. Why don't you take off your gear and lie down?"
Izuku: "... Okay..."
Izuku ignored that ominous statement and did as Recovery Girl instructed, making himself comfortable on the nurse's bed so she could begin treating him.
Recovery Girl: "I won't be able to use my Quirk on you because of your exhausted stamina. I'll administer first aid and follow with an IV, but the healing will be an overnight process."

A while passed after Recovery Girl began treating him when she finally relented and asked him a valid question.
Recovery Girl: "Why did you refuse Mr. (L/n)'s help?"
Izuku:"... I... I don't know."
Katsuki: "He could fix you up right now if you let him."
Izuku: "AHH!!"

Recovery Girl: "This one needed to talk to you. He told me he was important."

Recovery Girl retorted and went to the other room.
Izuku: *shocked* "... Okay... W-what did you want to talk about, Kacchan?"
Katsuki: "You should be mad at me, not (Y/n)."
Izuku: "I-... I'm not mad at anyone. It was only because he told you an important secret. Nobody should know about this, for All Might's sake."
Katsuki: "I'm not an idiot. I know I'm the last person you'd want to spill about... One for All... and I'm sure you hate that (Y/n) told me when he could've told anyone else in the world."
Izuku: "... Yeah, I really do... I don't know why he told anyone, but..."
