I felt a knife being held around my knife

"Mehmed?" I said shocked as he sighed and put his knife down

" what are u doing here Blair?" He said and shifted his eyes back to the map

" looking for you honey, how long has it been since you've slept?" I asked him putting a hand on his shoulder

" I can't remember" he said

I made mehmed turn around and I looked at him

" mehmed why's wrong" I asked him

" there's nothing wrong honey, let's go, let's both get sleep" he said leaving me confused

Mehmeds percpective

3 days, since 3 days I've been seeing the same dream with Vlad Dracula attacking me
Seeking for revenge in his dream and killing bayezid my son and mihrisah my daughter and Blair my wife

He killed my whole family brutually
It made me have night terrors, it was horrible, not to see me dying but to see my family dying

The Sufi said my dreams were a vision of my future
I took an oath when I married Blair, that no world power can hurt her or my children ever

I was thinking all this when Blair came and I was startled
Obviously she knew something was wrong
But I changed the topic and took her and me to go sleep

I felt comfortable with Blair and her vanilla scent was just like a lullaby that would make u sleep instantly

Blair's percpective

I felt sudden movement beside me as I saw mehmed wake up breathing heavily I immediately got up and unbuttoned his night gown a little for him to breath easily and poured some water

After his breathing was normal I asked him

" what's wrong mehmed? What did u saw?" I asked him holding his hand

" I saw Vlad Dracula" he said

" what? Here in the palace?" I asked

" in my dreams, it's disgusting, the Sufi said that my dreams were a vision of my future" he said drinking the water and putting the glass down

" well what can I do? You've been ignoring Vlad and him not paying his taxes for so long, and even forgave him marrying the Hungarian princess that would be a threat to us!" I said

" I treated him like a brother, when his own parents abandoned him" he said

" forget that boy mehmed, he's no more, now he does not has the power to attack us all, if he wants war he would've made a move by now" I said kissing mehmeds cheek

" you're right, but- I'll send some paśas to bring Vlad immedietly" he said as I smiled

" that's good now, don't worry" I said
