Iris POV

My body froze upon seeing his face it felt like my whole body shut down, all the memories of the nights fighting, crying, and suffering came flooding back to my brain

But I quickly snapped out of it when I felt him grab my face

"Baby yk I hate it when you don't answer me when I talk to you" he said with a devilish grin on his face
I tried to break away from his grip but he had me trapped between the car and then himself and his grip on my face was beginning to tighten

"Answer me iris" his grin soon turned to a mug
"Let me go" I gritted through my teeth and tears flowing down my face

"Naw den you'll run and then I'll have to shoot you and I don't wanna kill you baby"

He moved his hand from my face down to my neck and started to squeeze
As I felt my eyes start to get heavy I could hear police sirens

Shawns eyes widened and he let go of my neck
once he let go of me my knees began to weakened and i dropped down on the hard pavement

"until next time baby"
and with that he ran off and the police started to flood the parking lot

"ma'am are you okay?" i looked up and seen a officer in front of me with a concerned look

NINI POV-SHE'SSS BACKKKK😝

Yes I called the police on Shawn
I knew about Shawn's plan to hurt iris and remy from day one

Truth be told I missed me and iris's friendship but I think it's too late to become friends again but I can at least stop her from getting hurt ,I feel like I owe it to her

I should've learned from nini's and shawns relationship to know that shawn is no good, shawn has yet to physically abuse me since I am pregnant so right now its more verbal but i need him gone before i have my baby

I don't need him in my life to raise my child or be a good mom but i feel that if he doesn't leave it will only get worse for me and my baby

I watched the police pull into the parking lot and care to iris
A few minutes later the ambulance pulled up and iris was put on a stretcher
