5: infatuation

sunoo wandered around the hallways before spotting jaeyun against the wall. it was his second day of school, and he left class to find the older for some guidance.

"well well well, the prince is back." jaeyun smirked, holding his arms out. sunoo ran into them and giggled menacingly. "you look more human, i like it." jaeyun stroked sunoo's cheek, staring at his less dead flesh.

"i'm wearing contacts for you."  sunoo smiled, but his fangs still visible. jaeyun grabbed his cheeks and admired his teeth.

"fangs are still as long as ever." jaeyun snickered. sunoo rolled his eyes since you could see jaeyun's as well, just a little less. "how many victims have you gotten?"

"uhm, zero," sunoo chuckled, making jaeyun narrow his eyes. "it's because i'm infatuated with someone." sunoo whispered. jaeyun's gaze turns sinister, pulling sunoo's chin up to face him.

"name?"

"yang jungwon." sunoo said with hearts in his eyes. jaeyun tsked loudly, focusing sunoo's eyes back to his own. "do you know him? he's like this tall, black hair-"

"yeah, he's a little try hard bitch. suck that little asshole dry." jaeyun spat, rolling his eyes at the younger. sunoo pouted at his reaction and wrapped his arms around jaeyun's neck. "do you wanna mark him or just like fuck him?" jaeyun asked.

"i want him to be mine." sunoo growled, eyes glowing red and black veins popping. jaeyun looked around cautiously to make sure no one could see sunoo's dark form, that would be a dead giveaway.

"chill out, you just need to suck a human's blood first in order to mark someone." jaeyun explained. sunoo nodded, calming down into his regular form.

"jaeyun, what if i get caught sucking blood? they'll kill me for sure." sunoo pouted once he snapped back to reality.

"if you're smart, you won't get caught." jaeyun whispered against sunoo's lips before letting his face go and heading down the hallway. sunoo grunted loudly at the answer that was barely an answer!

jongseong watched jungwon doodle hearts and smiley faces onto his homework, disgusting the older. they were sitting in jungwon's kitchen doing their homework, jongseong doing more than jungwon surprisingly.

"dude, who is on your mind?" jongseong finally asked with a groan. jungwon looked up at the younger and giggled to himself.

"the new kid, kim sunoo." jungwon whispered. jongseong's eyes went wide, not expecting his hyung to answer so fast. he regularly kept his love life a secret due to being embarrassed. "he kissed me yesterday."

jongseong's ears turned red, not expecting the younger to talk so freely about this. jungwon had told jongseong that he's gay in confidence, but he wants to tell the whole world about sunoo.

"you must really like him," jongseong gagged. jungwon nodded, finally looking at the older. "what's he like? smart, funny, sporty?"

"he's cute and innocent." jungwon said nonchalantly. jongseong sucked his teeth, gaging a glare from jungwon.

"does he have any like hobbies?"

"he asked me about vampires." jungwon said with his eyebrow cocked. jongseong frowned at the statement. "you love to talk about vampires. he asked if i thought they were real and i shrugged." jungwon finished with the same shrug.

"maybe he's a vampire!" jongseong shouted, standing from his seat. jungwon just stared at the younger, not really believing him. "cmon, riki has disappeared and this random kid comes in asking about vampires?"

"are you a vampire, hyung?"

"don't be stupid. i'm a park. slaying is in my blood." jongseong tsked. jungwon rolled his eyes and stood beside him. "look, all in saying is that kid seems suspicious." jongseong shrugged stupidly.

"you've never even seen him!" jungwon yelled. "why do you think everyone i like is a vampire?! you said this about jaeyun hyung too." jungwon pouted, slumping back into his chair.

"you're right, i'm sorry. not everyone is a vampire." jongseong conceded as he sat down as well. "as long as he treats you right and doesn't kill you, i like him too i guess." jongseong said begrudgingly.

"thank you hyung, and he won't kill me." jungwon scoffed.
