1. Anything can be used as a weapon
2. Melee weapons are a must
3. Stock up on canned foods, drinks and bottled water
4. Keep lots of batteries for radios and flashlights
5. Travel during the day
6. Get as much sleep as you can
7. Be wary of public places
8. Find a good home base
9. If you have vehicles make sure to always keep siphoning hoses and extra gas cans
10. Stay in a smaller group
11. Never trust the water
12. Flaming zombies are NOT a good idea
13. Double tap
14. Work on your cardio
15. Clear every room in a building before you get comfortable, even then keep your gaurd up
16. Don't get too attached to anyone(darkismyonlycolor)
17. Raid pharmacies and medicine cabinets
18. Rig up a face mask
19. Wear comfortable shoes
20. Always have more than one escape route
21. Keep your gaurd up even around the uninfected
22. Don't count on help coming, it most likely wont
23. Dont sleep by doorways or windows
24. Dont sleep outside unless you can find a comfortable tree
25. Bring a light, small form of entertainment
26. Don't count on the government or military
27. Don't get too close to a zombie (bansheejp)

34. If there's a horde, kill a zombie and rub the guts over your clothes (avoid the skin) and walk right through them.(beautifulvick)

38. Keep your hair very short, less for the undead to grab onto.
39. Always, ALWAYS scope out your surroundings for any and all escape routes.
